  The movie theater is fine but the only thing is you cant really relax and watch a movie due to unrrepectful people that think that they are in the own home and talking out loud being on there phone and 2nd of all if you cant control your kids dont take them. Kids running around making noise dancing in front of the screen and not alowing you to see the movie in peace and the parents just doing nothing to have there children sit down.We had to leave the movie half way due the parents and children thinking there in there own leaving room at home .

  Terrible place to go an enjoy a movie! Unprofessional managers or whatever they want to call themselves. Yelling at your employees infront of customer is very Unprofessional and uncomfortable to the employee and to the customer. Horsing around and having a dirty atmosphere is very disgusting! I've seen roaches from outside the counter. It's time for a pest control. I hope that someone that really cares for their job take a look at this place at sunrise mall in Brownsville. There is a reason you have alot of employee turn over . Don't forget to bring a pest control with you. Yes, I'm a very unhappy customer!

  I had to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Ryan, the manager. He helped me with an issue and was really understanding the whole time. He even suggested a fantastic movie for my sisters and I, and we can't wait to see part two. My sisters and I are truly grateful. Thanks Ryan!
