  Prepaid for concessions to be delivered to my seat as I am handicapped. An hour after I should've received them I went to the concession stand. I talked to four different people one of them being a manager first day on and basically told him I wanted a refund on my concessions. I was told it was delivered. I was told if it was I wouldn't be standing there. After about 10 minutes of four people trying to figure out what to do they finally got my refund for the concessions and I just left. There was no point in all of that frustration over a small popcorn and a medium Coke. I was extremely disappointed and not sure if I'll go back

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this movie theater, and it all starts with the manager over the concession stand. She is extremely rude, dismissive, and acts like it’s a problem anytime you ask a simple question. Instead of being helpful, she makes you feel like you’re bothering her just for trying to place an order with her smart mouth. Honestly, it makes you not even want to spend money here. Customer service sets the tone for the entire experience, and this was beyond disappointing. I would much rather drive all the way to Houston just to get better service, better food, and staff who actually act like they want to be there. If you don’t like your job, why are you working in a customer-facing role? This kind of attitude drives customers away. I’m genuinely disgusted with the way this place is being managed. Something needs to change.

  Nice theater with great seating and good sound quality. The recliners make a big difference. Concessions are a bit pricey (like most theaters), and it can get busy on weekends, but overall it’s a great experience.

  This is a very nice theatre, we went to see Project Hail Mary which I highly recommend. Popcorn was great and had a good variety of other items. We sat in the dbox seats for the first time and I really liked it.
