Great place, I had my daughter's birthday party over here and I love that everybody was so kind, especially Jasmine. She's great. I love her service.

Highly recommend! It’s the best way to beat the TX heat and great for all ages. Our 5 year old twins had a blast and could’ve stayed all day! It was very clean, reasonably priced, and the staff was 12/10!! They were
extra friendly and so helpful. It was a great morning for everyone!
Enrique and Monique went above and beyond! We will be back. Probably later this week. 😉

First time here, and we had a great time! Play areas were clean, and it wasn't too busy or overcrowded, which was great for my daughter with autism. Enrique at the front was awesome, very kind and polite with checking us in! Will definitely return.

Very Disappointed — Poor Customer Service
This was our first time at Mt Playmore, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.
We decided to try the sangrias they offer, but the drink was nowhere close to what we expected or what was advertised. When we tried to return it, the cashier explained that they were out of red wine and had used white wine instead. Whatever was in the glass, it tasted more like a glass of sugar than a sangria. It was simply not enjoyable, so we returned it and asked for a refund.
That’s when the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Cody, came out and flat-out told my husband that he **was not refunding our money**. My husband explained that we shouldn’t have to pay for a drink that was not what was advertised. Only then did Cody offer a frozen margarita/slush as a replacement.
We agreed to taste-test the margarita and accepted the replacement, but the way Cody handled the situation was extremely disappointing. **Good customer service is about more than just offering a replacement—it’s about how you treat your customers when there’s a problem.** His attitude and handling of the situation left a very bad impression.
When a customer pays for a food or drink item that isn't up to par, management should make an effort to resolve the issue professionally and fairly. Refusing to refund a drink we couldn't reasonably consume, then handling the situation in such a dismissive manner, is simply not good customer service.
The play area itself was okay, but overall, we were **not impressed**. Between the quality of the drinks and the way management handled what should have been a simple customer service issue, this was a very disappointing first experience.
First time here, and unfortunately, last time.

We have taken the kids to Playmore over 20 times in the last 2 years. The kids are Playmore veterans! This place is great for all ages, even teenage cousins. The line to get in on the weekend can get pretty long with people filling out waivers, but the staff is friendly and keeps it moving. Once inside, there is a huge playscape that you don't feel nervous about kids getting a little lost in due to the careful stamping at the door that ensures no children leave without an adult in their party. The areas inside the playscape are large enough for adults climb around in if you need to chase them down too. There are arcade type games at the back which you need a cash loaded card to play. The little bowling lanes are a favorite in the gaming area. The kids win tickets in the arcade and can take home prizes. There is a toddlers area too for under a certain height that our little guys are finally getting kicked out of. They miss racing their little cars on the ramps that they have in there. The rainbow dipping dots are our traditional treat for right before we head home. This place definitely wears them out!
