  ***THIS BUSINESS WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE FOR FOOD ALLERGIES*** my child attended a school field trip and neither the staff or managers would allow us to bring in his lunch for the day. We were told ahead of time that they could not accommodate his severe food allergy in their onsite kitchen. When it was time for lunch we were told we could either COMPLETELY separate him from his classmates and force him to eat ALONE or he wouldn’t be allowed to eat lunch at all. Then the management staff went to far as to threaten me with the POLICE if I failed to leave the premises. For feeding my SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD lunch on a field trip.

  Bottom line: Mt. Playmore needs serious staff retraining and policy reform. No child should be subjected to segregation or exposed to aggressive adult behavior in a place meant for fun and safety. Food allergies are not a crime. Manager Ronisha Blazio and Deidre Frazier-Hunt need to be performance managed out of this business… They are a liability to this organization and let their egos reign above corporate policy. We won’t be coming back.

  If I could leave a negative star rating I would . This organization has a no outside food policy . I get that . However , this company caters to children and children have food allergies . Some of which are life threatening. They offer no food for children with food allergies . And parents are not allowed to bring in food that is safe for their child to eat . So if a child is on a class field trip the child goes hungry. If the parent attempts to bring in food, the police are called and they are threatened with arrest. This is discrimination and should never be allowed at a place that caters to children . The lack of compassion and flexibility of this place is disgraceful.

  Loud and deeply annoying elevator music coming from terrible speakers made a short hang out at Mount Playmore a nightmare for myself and my daughter. Staff and management were not willing or able to fix it. Save your money and avoid this place like the plague.

  The only problem i had with the Mt. Playmate is I was on a field trip with my daughters class. Her class had to bring sack lunches. Just in case i wasn't able to go i sent one with her. Well I ordered food for me there but also was going to share just in case my daughter was still hungry. Well their party rooms they had for them was not big enough so I had to stand and eat because their dining area doesn't allow OUTSIDE FOODS. Not sure the reason to it due to the fact THEY ARE LISTED AS NUT FREE ZONE. SO AFTER SPENDING MONEY TO EAT THEIR FOOD I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DUE TO STANDING AND EATING. ALSO THE MAIN PERSON WHONO FORGOT HER NAME THAT IS MANAGEMENT CAME TO THE ROOM WHERE WE WERE AND WAS REALLY RUDE STATING SHE BROUGHT PARENTS TO ROOM BECAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD.
