Saw Supergirl in Theater 9, great movie but the theater was very humid/warm and the seat I sat in was torn as well as surrounding seats were in just as bad shape. Friendly staff and good food though.
This theatre absolutely needs to get a grip on it’s patrons. Multiple people of completely different groups loudly taking, using flashlights, being on their phones, bringing whole meals that were loud, etc. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and embarrassing for the theatre to not have an attendant to ensure order. Granted adults for a rated R movie should know how to act, but the theatre has an obligation regardless. by far the worst movie experience i have ever had

I have been a Movie Club member for a long time and wanted to share my recent experience at the SouthPark location.
I recently attended Mortal Kombat 2 and spent well over $120 bringing friends and family. Unfortunately, both visits were disappointing.
The first issue was that the auditorium felt extremely hot, almost as if the air conditioning was not running properly during my showing of Mortal Kombat 2. When I returned for a second movie, Backrooms, the temperature issue seemed unchanged and the theater was again uncomfortably warm.
The bigger problem was the concession experience during my visit for Backrooms. The lines were completely out of control. I arrived approximately 30 minutes before the movie started specifically to allow enough time for concessions, but I ended up waiting around 45 minutes just to get snacks and drinks. Because of this, I missed part of the movie I paid to see.
What was especially frustrating was having to wait in two separate lines one for concessions and another for alcohol. However, many people in the alcohol line were purchasing only snacks and non-alcoholic items. If alcohol purchases require a separate line, it doesn't make sense that customers can bypass the main concession line by ordering snacks there as well. This creates longer waits for everyone and defeats the purpose of having separate lines.
As a loyal Movie Club member who regularly spends money at your theater, I expect a more organized concession process and a comfortable viewing environment. Between the ongoing air conditioning concerns and the excessive concession wait times that caused me to miss part of Backrooms, this was a very frustrating experience.
I would appreciate hearing what steps are being taken to address these issues.
Thank you for your time.

To was a bad for me here at this cinemark. I watch the new He-man but I was very very uncomfortable. The seat i had suck they where hard no cushion i couldn't even stand to keep my feet up the whole time. I been a member of this cinemark for years and never had this issue but please get some new chairs in that number 4 theater or something please.
I had a bad experience this evening with me and my three teenage sons 12 through 14. I was setting on the last seat of that row and then my three son on the other three seat next to me there was an empty seat next to the last seat where my last son was sitting and then a person next to the empty seat. somewhere middle of the movie an employee starts walking towards us as if she’s looking for someone and then she leans across me and approaches my sons. Her telling them that there was a complaint that there were being loud. And by the way, we were watching a R-rated movie she did not ask them if they were with an adult, etc. then I step into the conversation and tell her what is wrong I am the parent why are you approaching them? then she says I saw them talking so I assumed they were the ones being loud and I did not know you were the parent. I told her I’m the only adult there. How can you not tell? since you assume so I told her the step out of the auditorium cause I cannot hear you very well and we talked outside, and started talking but the conversation did not go nowhere and then I told her can I talk to someone higher than you. So I started talking to Mr.Mark Brusnlak the GM and she was a supervisor the person I was talking to in the beginning and the conversation with the GM was even worse. It did not go nowhere. he kept defending her that she was right the way she approached. he was talking to me really unprofessional and I told him you’re really unprofessional he said I’m OK with it. I will never go back to South Park Meadow Cinemark again.
