  Larger male Hispanic cashier called my girlfriend an asshole over wanting a cup of water, ended up splashing water on us. He eventually ended filling us 10 small water cups instead of giving us a large cup of water. We had just spent $20 on snacks too, what a cruel person ... Happened 4:30 August 19th.

  Went to see Spider-Man today at 11:15. To say I bothered the “boy” at the ticket window would be an understatement, he was not interested in doing his job. After he finally noticed we were standing in front of him because he was on his phone, he grunted instead of speaking to us. He doesn’t deserve to be a member of Cinemark.

  DO NOT TRUST THEIR ONLINE PURCHASE: I went Online, as I have done several times before, and I bought tickets for Today, Saturday for 1:45pm Spiderman 3D to watch with My Wife. We got there and got the popcorn, and when the barxode was scanned it says Tickets was for last Thursday. I know for a fact I picked Saturday Aug 1st because it was the only day we had time off. Now they are keeping my money and our whole day is ruined. I dont think we are ever going back.
