We go early to matinees, early evening shows to miss the crowd. Cinemark is fantastic, they deliver your snacks to your seat. The chairs recline and are super comfortable. We make the drive to Oak Ridge because Cinemark has the best service and seating.

Been here a few times. Saw Backrooms and Obsession here. Saw Spider-Man brand new day and End of Oak street. Just saw the new Resident Evil at this Cinemark. Service has always been 10/10. The staff are very friendly from what I've experienced. They work hard and although the concessions line can be long, it moves quickly. They keep the auditoriums clean. Restrooms are usually very clean. They have multiple restrooms, so you don't have to wait very long to use them. The parking lot right in front of the theater can get crowded, but it's part of a giant parking lot for the Plaza across the parking lot, so there's always somewhere to park. Just like most Movie Theaters , tickets and concessions can be a little pricy. They do offer a monthly subscription to their "Movie Club Membership" Gives you 1 ticket to a movie of your choice, 20% off concessions, and any unused tickets roll over to the next month. So if you want to save your tickets for when a movie you want to see comes out, you can. The seats are very nice. They're pretty comfortable recliner seats. The surround sound Quality is great, picture quality is great. It's a nice Movie Theater. Always been a good experience. 10/10.

The only movie theater around with affordable ticket prices. $10 (before tax) for a movie on a late Sunday afternoon is a steal! $25 for two tickets and another $25 for a popcorn and 2 drinks. Three hours of "Odyssey" with no intermission is a very long time though! I wonder why the preview time has increased to 30 minutes now,but it's very annoying to sit through that half hour of extremely loud stuff I didn't pay to watch. So,back to home streaming until another movie that really deserves to be seen on the big screen comes up.

Daniel, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help our family and completely won us over as permanent patrons for our future cinema visits. My parents had gifted us Angel Studios tickets, but unfortunately they were purchased for the wrong showing at the wrong theater. Daniel could have easily told us there was nothing he could do, but instead he took the time to understand the situation and went out of his way to accommodate us. His customer service was exceptional, and he turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. Employees like Daniel are a huge asset to any business. We really appreciated the way he handled everything and will absolutely be returning for our future movie nights. Great employee and excellent customer service.
