  Easy to sign up for ordering online, easy to get snacks online too. Staff was very helpful and the stadium seating is amazing.

  Comfortable, affordable, and good management under Donna/Dora (I didn't hear her name clearly). One theater room got hot during a movie on a very hot day and she did not hesitate to comp our tickets after we finished the movie through the heat. She also mentioned they were working on addressing that issue at the theater. Never had any other issues there before though.

  The staff were polite and professional and the popcorn was good, but the highlight of the experience was the seating. I was met with very comfortable lounge type seating with a motorized recline feature and ample leg room. As a taller person, that is much appreciated. Having the whole theater to myself, the only thing that would've made it better would've been a pause button as the Mr. Pibb had run its course before the movie ended. A man can dream, right? All in all, it was an excellent problem-free experience.

  The last time I had been to the theater I remember walking in and finding a seat and pushing down the folded front half and being relatively comfortable but this was several years ago.this was many years ago. I was quite pleasantly surprised upon walking into the Cinemark theater to find high quality reclining seats that legitimately caused me to worry about falling asleep during the film. The video was good quality and the atmosphere was great. The only critique I had was that a speaker on the right side of the room seemed to be blown and would crackle during moments of intense volume, however it didn't detect much from the experience as a whole. Snacks were a bit pricey (although, this has always been the case with theaters and isn't unique to Cinemark,) but ticket cost was fair. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
