I wish one of the many notifications I received was instructions on how the night would go. I showed up at the last second right before the music started and that was apparently a horrible mistake! I was starving and served one drink and then I had to wait till the band finished before I was offered any other food i drink which only came after I complained about starving.
The venue is gorgeous and I was underdressed. Since I/we were there to hear the lead guitar it would have been nice if it was slightly louder as a note to the sound guy. I only really heard him clearly when the drums were playing very quietly

Went to an AMAZING show, Mrs. Regina Belle with "Nashville's own" Royce Mosley. We had EVERY GENRE! The woman belted out the heavenly sould and sang opera! I was floored. The tickets were affordable for such a talented artist that I would have paun more for food and drinks with such a performance.
Everything given its downtown is PRICEY! That performance was worth every penny. Can't wait for the other shows, Aliah Sheffield will be coming over here too, same w/Lyfe Jennings! Surprised to see any sould and flavor anywhere in TN. Definitely needed this.

Loved the journey tribute band! The service was awful. They didn’t have our tables set up when we got there so we ended up having to sit at a smaller table that was wobbly. It was tall and skinny and rocked back-and-forth. Meanwhile, we had wine and food that did not want to sit on the table because of this. We could not hear the music near as well as we would’ve been able to had our table been set up correctly and then it was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to take our order. I’m probably wouldn’t go back because the service just sucked, but the journey tribute band was amazing. We are native to Nashville so we look for things we can do all the time and had heard so much about city winery, but the service was just awful. The food was OK though.

Paid $50 for a ticket to an R&B show. Stopped at the bar and paid another $22 for a tequila drink before even getting inside, only to find the seating setup to be impossible. The tables and chairs were packed so tightly together that we couldn’t even pull the chairs out to sit down comfortably. Ended up leaving immediately because there was just no way to enjoy the experience in that environment. The tables were squeezed together without much consideration for guests’ comfort. Parking $30. No refunds. Really disappointing experience.

We went for dinner at 5 on a Saturday. There were 3 tables of people with two bartenders working. The bartender who smelled like cigarettes came over and dropped off menus and a water pitcher but didn’t pour the water. About 15 minutes later he came back and took our wine and appetizer order. Since it had been 15 minutes we knew what we wanted to eat so we suggested putting in our dinner order along with the “wine bites” and he declined and said he would be back to take our order later.
He came back about 10 minutes later with wine but no wine bites. After another 20 minutes of waiting the manager came by and said that we were given an old menu and that they don’t have wine bites anymore. Mind you, the wine bites are just the nuts and whatnot that every wine restaurant has. Since we were there for about 40 minutes so far and all we had been given at that point was wine from the tap wine menu, we said we’ll just order dinner to go.
We ordered a Caesar salad with steak, a spicy chicken sandwich, a pesto and prosciutto smash burger, and the seared salmon.
The Caesar salad was good albeit over dressed and the steak was delicious, but there was only enough steak for 4 bites.
The spicy chicken sandwich was so thin, I pulled it open to confirm it wasn’t just breading. The bun was also soggy.
The smash burger was good, though the fries are so generic and unseasoned. I assume they are from the frozen aisle at the grocery store.
The salmon smelled so fishy we didn’t even risk giving it to the dogs.
For $185, we got terrible service, bad and/or ridiculously priced food, and 3 glasses of wine that weren’t bad but definitely not worth going for. Now I can see why there were so many tables available.
The only positive was the view, which for me was my beautiful family.
