  This was our second time here and we enjoyed it thoroughly. My kids went down the tubes a dozen times or more. The lazy river doesn't get too hectic (as most lazy rivers I've been in tend to). There's plenty of splash-pad areas for the kids to enjoy when they're not in the tubes or river. Parking is a bit hectic (small area, limited spaces) but we were able to find a spot. There's also a snack area to grab a bite to eat as well. Price was a little high for what is offered ($35/adult), but after a day of walking around Gatlinburg, it was a great way to unwind and relax before driving home.

  Smh lmao. So its an indoor pool but its shut down because of lightning. Um you do know its not outside right? Then we head to the bar. "Im sorry sir, we cant sell alcohol during the shutdown". What? So you'd rather me drink and swim rather then drink while the pool is down. Yup, not coming here again.

  Just a 2 star. For young children and if it rains even a small amount you have to get out of the water for an hour. No way to entertain disappointed children in the mean time.

  Whenever we stayed at this resort, we considered going to the water park to get away from our room for a while to enjoy the week we planned to stay. It was amazing to me and my family. We went to the water park on Monday, revisited it on Wednesday and also came back on Friday. The downside to our Wednesday visit was that it was humid and very hot so they shut down the water slides. This happened on Thursday which is a clear explanation as to why we did NOT go because they shut down the hot tubs…I think the lazy river and kid splash pad was the only activities open. On Friday when we went, just the slides were closed. Overall, four stars. I recommend.

  6.24.26. Here with the grandchildren. This park is great for little children but there is limited adventure for older children or adults unlike the Villas. There is a hot tub, water slide, mini basketball area, lazy river and water slide. The drawback is the music. They have cheap poor quality speakers which only allow the bass to come through. Sounds like war drums from old movies.
