  A small theater, but a great spot. The lines to concessions always go fast and they have a great selection of novelty popcorn buckets.

  Very disappointed with Cinemark's customer service. I called on my birthday to ask for a one-week extension on a promotional movie voucher due to concerns about recent illness outbreaks and was told no. I even asked the associate to check with Manager Daniel B., and the answer was still no—with no explanation, flexibility, or consideration. I understand policies exist, but the complete lack of empathy over such a small request left a really negative impression. As a Movie Club member, I expected better customer service. This experience ultimately led me to cancel my membership.

  Friendly staff, food was tasty. I gave it a 4 stars because I'd love to see them upgrade their seating.

  Honestly I prefer giving good reviews but unfortunately this one is sub par. My daughter purchased tickets for us online for a movie showing at 11:40 only to arrive at the theater that the movie is an hour later even the counter staff saw the time frame online for what she paid for in advance. Management only said there's nothing we can do no apology no nothing. This was the closest theater to where we live and still not close not to mention we picked that specific time for a reason. Time is money and now both my time and the cost of my gas I used for this is now WASTED!! Just disappointed and dissatisfied.
