- MMMustufaAug 16, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I ordered French fries for my kids, and it took them more than an hour without receiving my order. Since I was there with my children, I kept going back and forth to the counter asking about it. In the end, when I asked again where my order was, they told me, “You already picked it up.” That made absolutely no sense. If I had already received my order, why would I keep coming back to the counter asking for it? They have cameras and can easily check whether I actually picked up the order or not. I think they need a much better system for handling food orders. Customers should be given an order number, receipt number, or some type of ticket so the staff can confirm exactly who has received their order. Customers shouldn’t have to wait over an hour and then be told they already received food that was never given to them. The kids had a good time, but the food service and the way this situation was handled were very disappointing.

Payed $36 for them just to turn on a few strobe lights. With all the other lights on. False advertising if you ask me since their website shows a whole different environment. Dont recommend at all to go for cosmic night save your money and just go before 7.
