  My family and I love this place! We’ve had two birthday parties here in the past and always love celebrating our family’s big days here! A sweet girl named Kacey helped us the last time we came. She was so kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!🫶🏻

  Took my nieces and nephews to the big air this week. Everything was clean and they had so much fun. All the staff were great help but an employee named Kacey really helped us out a lot!

  Awesome! Friendly staff, and professional. Braylen was so awesome. My niece was scared to ride the virtual coaster but he talked to her to make sure she was comfortable and was very patient with her. Very kind young man. She had a blast and wanted to go again. Great experience!

  I had a fantastic time at BigAir today and it was because of great people like Ethan who made the experience so memorable. He had a lot of positive energy and shared his smile and was very helpful in the way he interacted with not only me, but the others he came in contact with. The Orbit was one of my favorite jumps to watch. If you didn’t get out of the way, you could get knocked out of the orbit. Mya and Genesis are both assets to this establishment. They are genuinely interested in making sure that your experience is as positive, pleasant and enjoyable as you came here to make it. These two went out of their way to make sure that my almost 11 year old grandson and his friend were set up for the day. Their knowledge and expertise in their jobs made it possible for me to provide them with a great deal of food, fun, and entertainment for all of us without breaking the bank. I have to say that BigAir is a well kept and clean environment, the flow of the various ages of customers and the way the staff are able to manage the steady stream of people is a huge challenge but they were able to do it with no problems. I was pleased with my experience and I look forward to coming back for more memories.
