  Overall experience was good. Floors need to be cleaned in the theaters. The letter for the row was hard to see for some people. Lots of older folks in in the right seat number but on the wrong row. There was a seat for everyone because of reserve seating but a lot of people didn't end up in the seat they originally paid for. Luckily everyone took it in stride and sorted it out peacefully.

  I have been to this theater four times in the short while we've lived in MB. Three of the times my chair has either been broken (not able to move at all) or partially broken. Today I went and my chair only reclined back part way; the chair beside me was fully reclined and unable to be put back in original position. On top of that, we sat through a full half hour of previews and commercials before the feature film began. Not going back here.

  I thought it was super cool how the theater was in the mall/shopping center. A classic movie set up. The theater was a little dated but was clean and the staff seemed super friendly. My only complaint was the walls that separated each row in the theater. It gave privacy yes, but when I was reclined all the way back in my seat, the top of the wall seemed to cut off the bottom of the screen from view. Not a huge deal as I reclined up a bit but I can imagine this would be challenging if I brought my kids. Overall, a solid theater I recommend attending a movie at.

  Haven't been to a movie theater since 2018 and really enjoyed it. I like how big the place is and the reclining electrical chairs. I see that they have a cup holder why not have a popcorn holder hint hint

  Okay don't get me wrong it's a good theater, but the customer service could use some Work. I came in Months ago asking about possibly purchasing a poster from a movie; they took my name and number, and then I heard nothing. I call again, same situation, name, number, a promise to contact me, and then nothing. Repeat. Only to call for the last time and find out that the poster had been long gone, with a long wait list and limited supply. The problem isnt the availability of the poster, because thats no ones fault, but the lack of contact and organization. I gave my name and number on 3 seperate occasions as well as what poster i was after, and no one bothered to contact me, or even tell me i was wasting my time.
