- MKMarc Kruse2 days ago1.0On February 15th, 2026, our 8‑year‑old son fell 18 feet at Big Air due to, what I assessed as a brake failure in their drop‑down safety mechanism. He was fully harnessed, yet the system malfunctioned and he suffered a back injury. The Manager, Junior, emailed my wife after the incident and offered to cover our medical bills. Since then, he has stopped responding to every email and phone call, and none of the promised expenses have been paid. This was a terrifying and preventable accident. I’m sharing our experience to warn other parents and to urge Big Air to take responsibility and honor their commitment. Please keep your children safe and away from Big Air.

- TMTraveling MomJun 19, 20263.0In terms of fun, this place definitely has a lot of activities for the kids. The biggest downside is their customer service. From the check-in process, to trying to get help with activities, to the concession stand, their staff is not trained at all on how to be polite and helpful. In our latest experience, we accidentally took the wrong grip socks for 1 person. They are the same color as one of their competitors and we showed it to the staff at check-in and he said it was fine (3 of us had the right ones). Then halfway through our jump, one of the other staff members approached me and tried to force me to go buy new socks. This is when it becomes clear that the dollar is more important than the customer. It was certainly not intentional as they are the exact same color and we even confirmed with the front staff beforehand. I can understand requiring grip socks, but to try to require people to have a specific pair AFTER allowing them to enter with the ones they have, is just ridiculous.
