- SESkies E.6 days ago5.0Went there for the first time for a birthday, floor staff was 10/10, especially Houston who really made an effort to make the experience enjoyable for all ages. Behind the counter staff seemed a little confused and irritated, but other than that it was a great experience!

Lance the GM and Rylie the event planner are amazing and keep this fun park a great place to take your kids. I love the “It Begins With Me” campaign and the wonderful message it send to kids. Great job guys for making this Big Air the place to be!

He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of—from checking on us throughout our visit to helping at concessions and with the games. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and their experience. Great customer service and great management— we’ll definitely be back!
