- NRNataly RodriguezJul 9, 20261.0I really wanted to hold my vow renewal here. I wanted a formal ceremony with an exchange of vows. When I filled out the email form, I specified my intentions and asked if this would be considered wedding pricing or not. They responded with a generic email containing links, no answer to my question. I called about 4 more times and left messages 3 times. I did not recieve calls back. When I did get a hold of someone she rushed me off the phone before I could ask about a formal ceremony. Finally, I left a message saying I had experienced some communication issues and they texted me saying to provide my email and they would send me the generic email I already received. When I explained my questions and that I had previously asked questions that were left unanswered, they answered them shortly and did not address my concerns. I would expect a business like this to understand what a large investment this is and be eager to show they are interested in my business and will be communicating efficiently. After so many issues, I would have at least liked a phone call. Guess I won’t be able to have my event here.

The outdoor ceremony by the pond was breathtaking, the cocktail hour on the patio was lovely, and the reception inside the gorgeous venue space was unforgettable. We booked through their package deal and worked closely with Amy Bishop, the owner and our day-of coordinator. Amy was phenomenal—like having a caring aunt guiding us every step of the way. Communication was seamless, and we loved every moment. If we could do it all over again, we would in a heartbeat! This venue is a 10 out of 10—stunning, gorgeous, and truly the perfect place. Book it—you won’t regret it!
