  A neat little speak-easy with delicious drinks and awesome service. Went here while on a pub crawl tour or else might not have found it! Had a Manhattan that was excellent and my friend had an Old Fashioned that he also highly recommends. It is a small area but very interesting and eclectic.

  Cute little speakeasy!! There's only 20 or fewer seats here, so be prepared for a very busy and loud atmosphere, and be ready for a potential wait. The bartenders are very skilled in their craft. In encourage you to tell them what you like, what types of spirits you have tried and see what they come up with. They made several cocktails for us and they were all perfectly crafted and allowed for the natural flavors of the spirits to shine through instead of masking them with sugar and artificial flavors.

  Visited this fabulous bar on a private tour and really have a great time. There is a very nice cocktail menu but the bar tenders will happily take you off menu.

  We ended our weekend in Charleston at Bar Vaute and had a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming, and attentive. The bartenders were personable and made us feel right at home, and the general manager checked on us several times. Wonderful place to visit while in Charleston.
