  This is a pretty nice little theater and the price wasn't too horrifying. I like that they let you apply the butter to the popcorn yourself.

  Terrible experience, I purchased tickets online around 11:45 am online and paid through PayPal. I never received my tickets. The transaction shows on my bank account, PayPal shows as pending saying that Cinemark has to complete the transaction. 4 calls to customer service, never connect with anyone. They only give the option to get a callback between 10 am and 10 pm when showtime is in 2 hours. If you don't choose the call back option the automated system hangs up on you. I will not patronize this theater again. If you’re looking for a good experience, go to Pocono Cinema on Washington Street, better value, less crowded and no runaround.

  I've been going to the movies a lot here this summer. This theater is nice and kept pretty clean. They don't have the fancy recliner seating but that isn't important to me. All the staff I've dealt with every visit have been courteous and professional. I usually go during the week so parking is ample. I'm sure the weekends are much busier. The popcorn tastes good and they have Coke products. Win / Win for me. 📽️🍿🥤

  The theater is well maintained and the staff is great. The issue is that it is in the Stroud Mall. We went the this theater because the time was better than theaters in Dickson City or Northampton. We got to the mall at 7:45 and the common area lighting was off. As with most malls, the Stroud mall is not only depressing but without lights it is down right creapy. We tried to window shop but mall security told us we could not walk the mall. The mall parking, common areas and restrooms are dingy, dated, dirty and deplorable. It is too bad the Cinemark has a bad landlord. If you can make it from your car to the theater without a zombie eating your brain you will enjoy the theater.
