Service here is good, vibe and environment is fantastic, but the food sucks. My octopus is way overcooked and taste disguistingly salty and dry, and even my 6yo son can prepare better food than this, most other foods are simply under average level. Any restaurant sit on this plenty of vibe and view resource can done better than this one. Would not comer here again.

20 minute wait past reservation time on a Monday night at 8:30pm. 10 minutes later who we thought was our waiter comes with water, asks how we’re doing, disappears. Another 15 minutes later a different (very nice) woman who I wouldn’t have guessed is a waitress by how she was dressed comes over and grabs the whole order. we started receiving food just about an hour after reservation time. portions were small as expected, but also lacking in flavor and overall extremely underwhelming. a third new person comes to clean the table (it’s 10pm now) and we ask for the check — she says no problem but disappears into the abyss. Another 15 minutes later we find the waitress (I think) and flag her for the check — $232 w/ tip. have eaten in many fine dining restaurants around the world — this food was basically the Cheesecake Factory with better plates, and somehow the service was worse. Only thing that shines as everyone knows is the ambiance. We will be back to grab drinks, which were great, but save yourself from going here for dinner.

We recently celebrated the birthdays of both my wife and my daughter at Sky High, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and the staff made the birthday brunch feel seamless and special. I would highly recommend Sky High, especially for anyone planning a large gathering or special celebration. Kudos to the Lana Romain, event planner, and the entire team for making our celebration such a memorable one.We enjoyed it so much that I already plan to host my next business dinner there. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely "phenomenal" lunch at JG Sky High in Philly. As soon as we arrived downstairs, we were so surprised that the valet attendants helped our elderly guest who had trouble walking into the entrance of the building. They went one step further and even walked him to the elevators which we did not expect, it blew the three of us away. Thank you so much for doing that. As soon as we got off the elevators our jaws dropped because the orchid display in the lobby was absolutely stunning. All four of us are garden enthusiasts and so we took note of the Vanda orchids which are so rare to find anywhere and to find so many of them hanging up in the lobby was breathtaking. . We were a little early for our reservation so the host was kind enough to let us sit at one of the lounge areas. 15 minutes later we were shown to a wonderful table by the window. Our server Andy came over and introduced himself and went over the menu with us. We placed our cocktail order right away. Then another gentleman, Kevin came over and told us he would be working with Andy to take care of us this afternoon. He was so personable, so friendly and hit it off with us right away. We ordered the spring rolls for appetizers and the four of us absolutely loved it. We ordered the shrimp burger, the turkey burger, the bacon & cheeseburger and the salmon with the kale salad. All four of them were plated beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious. The four of us could not resist ordering the cookie plates for our desserts, they tasted freshly baked and were absolutely yummy. Thanks to Andy and Kevin for making this a "wonderful" dining experience. In addition to that the view from our table was absolutely jaw dropping with the entire city of Philadelphia at our feet.

What a truly dissapointing experience. The most overrated philadelphia location. All food tasted so bland, saltless and quite frankly like microwave food. Everything we tried was horrible, the burger, the chesesteak rolls, the chicken. Food litterally left a disgusting feeling in the mouth. Its giving they got their chef off craigslist. He/she has total indefference toward food that comes our their kitchen. Also called in 2 times and made sure to put in the note in reservation that we would like a window table. Upon arrival we were not seated at window table, while, at least 7 separate window tables were available AND STAYED empty throughout the night. Reception lady has a bit of attitude. Was a horrible experience overall. The only things that were good are the views and servers, they were great and kind.
