  awesome place!! my group and i have done plenty of escape rooms before, but this was a totally different experience! we had so much fun (we were the first of the day to beat the bomb!) and are already schemining to come back for the other two bombs!

  I came here with a large group for a combined party. The setup and splitting into teams was facilitated by the team and went smoothly. We were into our first games within minutes. The lockers can fit almost anything you need and you choose the pin when you close the door. Super convenient to empty pockets and put bags for the next hour. Every mini game brought a nice bonding experience between the teams which is why our group was there. Unfortunately none of our teams beat the bomb but the challenge down to the very last second was thrilling. We had a group member also leave a phone behind which the staff promptly recovered and secured in the offices until we were able to pick it up. The staff are amazing!

  We visited the Philly location and was greeted with kind and flexible staff all three teens had an amazing experience!!! They chose slime got there about 15 minutes early afterwards they played their air hockey, video games and had some food. Had a good four hours!!!!

  I came here about a month ago and the experience was fun, but beware- the videos and photos I received are awful. The video clip I received shows my party BEFORE the blast- no blast is in the video clip. My group is just standing there. And every single photo is extremely pixilated and small. Calling their phone number gives you two options- leave a voicemail or AI assistant. I filled out a request to get my correct photos/videos and never heard any updates. Photo attached for example.

  Overall experience was fun. The rooms vary in difficulty with the paint room being the easiest and most successful. My biggest gripe is that I paid for the additional video footage and never received it. Emailed support and heard nothing. The following day, you receive a link to photos taken but surprisingly the photos were COMPLETELY blurred out. Honestly very annoying and felt kind of scammed considering the cost. Anyway so my tip is to NOT pay for the additional video footage and take photos of the videos that they re-play up on the tv screens after you are done. 8/16/26 Upgrading review to 5 stars! Support team got back to me after my second attempt contacting them and fixed the issue. I probably still wouldn’t pay for the video footage but support team helped!
