  We loved our experience at Beat The Bomb in Philly! Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation so you have time to get ready. The games were so much fun, & the laser room was our favorite. Customer service was a 10/10, with every staff member being kind, welcoming & helpful. We took one star off because the food quality & drinks could have been better, & some rooms need maintenance. A few touch activations weren’t working, and some equipment had loose parts. In the dark room, I accidentally got poked by a broken black box, which needs attention. The floors could also use more frequent cleaning, & the bathrooms needed toilet paper restocked. The adventure itself was such a fun date night, & the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit.   The venue was good for a kid's birthday party, but there is no way to contact them prior to the party to confirm anything. All numbers lead to a bot and there's no email or any other medium to ask questions. It was loud and chaotic, we had to flag down staff people to get the party moving and ask questions, but when we did catch them, they were helpful and responsive. I was cornered at the door to leave a Google review for a specific staff member who wanted me to list her by name and give her a good review which was pushy and annoying.

  Everyone who worked from Oct 3rd 12:30-5 was amazing! Nia and the short king Carlton was soooo great!! Everyone else was also so sweet. Nia and Carlton treated us as if we were best friends. I had the BEST time here in Philly. I would 100% come again. Nia is the best!!

  Great experience!! The staff were super friendly and helpful and we had an overall amazing time!!! We did the foam but will be back for other experiences!!! Thank you all Beat The Bomb staff! If you are thinking of visiting, just visit!!!! It’s great for friend, groups, families and couples, basically everybody. And you get a work out in, lol

  tbh this was the most amazing experience of all timeee !! me and my peoples (8 of us) had a transformative time !!! we worked really well together as a team , we enjoyed each piece. the gamesss was soo funn !! my favorite was the lazer room , the shapes game . these people : Cole , Malachi, Kayla, Cris, and Sean, and Elin made the experience top tier. this was our first time and our team won. from the food to the games to the vibes 12/10 . also me and my team from six diff states and they really set the standard if i everrr know somebody who coming to philly imma send them by them !!! hopefully the beautiful employees would be there too !! we got blasted by choice by the way !! if u win upn have to but we did it just because we wanted to get the full experience. loveeee this placee <3333
