  We always love a good movie and a good move seat! Fresh popcorn is a must and a cold drink to wash it all down. Clean auditorium and a good movie! We love it here!

  Beware this theater! The staff is extremely rude and won’t let you get your 1 free refill after purchasing an extra large popcorn! Sergeant slaughter at the ticket booth will radio over to the concession stand and will tell the other staff members not to give you a free refill on your popcorn bucket. News flash, last I checked there isn’t a shortage on popcorn. Staff members are always on their cell phones, and the floors are always filthy! Popcorn police proceeded to get back on her phone and do absolutely nothing. No wonder this mall is going out of business, it’s because the people who are running the stores and theaters are rude and don’t care about anything, well apparently they care a lot about protecting the overpriced popcorn and not allow free popcorn refills like they advertise on the popcorn bucket itself!!!! $12 dollars an hour is worth protecting popcorn? $12 dollars an hour is worth refusing a free popcorn refill? A company that is worth 6.5 billion that pays you $12 to $15 dollars an hour is worth refusing a customer a 1 Free refill on popcorn? Seriously?

  Absolutely terrible! Can’t even get a free popcorn refill? Employees sitting on their phones when we walk in. Front entrance has garbage everywhere! Staff members being absolutely rude. When me and my wife walked in to get our 1 free refill, employee refused then proceeded to get back on her phone and do absolutely nothing with trash all over the ground. Then we were walking out after our free refill was denied, employee cussed at us under her breath. She definitely needs to be let go!!! Terrible customer service and rude behavior.

  Worst theater of all time! Me and my wife came in to get popcorn refills and one of the employees that was on their phone radioed to the employee giving us our refill that we can’t have our 1 free refill! Rude staff and terrible customer service!!!! She then proceeded to get back on her phone and sit down and do absolutely nothing! Definitely needs to be fired asap! Trash all over the main entrance and employees sitting around on the cell phones doing absolutely nothing! Can’t wait for this place to shut down! No wonder why Monroeville mall is closing up. Trash movie theater with even worse employees running the place.
