  I love this theater and the movies and atmosphere is great. However, I feel they should update the seating in the theaters. They are quite old and new ones would be very awesome. Plus, the night I came was quite warm in the theater. I'm not sure if their air conditioning was working or they just turn it down to save money but since it's quite warm in there it was very uncomfortable watching my movie. I'll probably mention this to the manager when I leave. I pay for an annual membership here and think I deserve at least a comfortable and cool atmosphere to watch a movie.

  Gentleman at Mama Rugi’s pizzeria white male, glasses and a buzz cut, refused to check me out for a single monster energy drink when they were slow but the front line was packed. Said “we don’t do check outs here” when I saw them check others out before me and they’ve done it for me before. When I proceeded to kindly ask what his name was he proceeded to say “pshh walk away shaking his head mumbling under his breath.” Terrible customer service.

  I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I’m 24 years old and brought my 15-year-old sister and 13-year-old brother to the theater, but we were turned away because I’m not their parent or legal guardian. I understand the need for safety policies, but I don’t think requiring the accompanying adult to be a parent or legal guardian is reasonable. As a 24-year-old adult, I am fully capable of supervising my siblings. A minimum age requirement for the accompanying adult would make much more sense. I hope you’ll reconsider this policy, as it prevented us from enjoying a family outing.
