  Walked my son and his friends to the backrooms movie stepped outside to have a smoke before movie started and they were kicked out. Never had that happen before and the employee wasn't very nice to the boys.

  I'LL TELL YOU WHAT I TOLD CINAMARK It was my first visit. I thought popcorn was popcorn. I made popcorn for elementary Schools events for years. The kernels were small & like Styrofoam. Stale but how can be. I did ask for the restroom. She didn't happily tell me where the restroom she gestured the general direction which was down the hall, to the left & all the way down that hall. There is a pest infestation. There wasn't only one. There were 6 in the projector light alone. One in my face. I told the employee that tripped up the stairs about & he just said " ya it's bad". Then we talked about the multi million dollar remodel Regal is doing. I don't know what can be done about the stairs. I can't get hurt. It takes longer for me to heal & I'm the soul provider for my household so I can't go back Reply to reply That is what I said word for word to the customer service

  Our default theater for the area. The ability to reserve stadium seats is essential. Also, they have so many screens there's usually a time that works for us. The minor issues are making difficult to get beer or wine because only a couple people seem to have servers licenses. And the audio bleed through from booming action flicks next door always seem to come at the worse time for the movie in your theater. Parking is easy and concessions are pretty standard for choice and pricing.

  I didn't see a movie, but I did pick up 11 Pick-A-Pop bags of fresh popcorn for a colleague and my classes. The concessions were well stocked, friendly, and the popcorn was delicious! Price was incredible also!

  I usually really like cinemark and they have good clean theaters and snacks but today was very annoying for me and my friends. We are a group of 15 year olds and we went to watch the backrooms movie and we bought our tickets online prior and called cinemark and an employee said if we called or had a parent get in we could watch it. We'll that was different when we got there. We showed up and when we went to scan our tickets the employee said we can't go in without an adult watching it with us. That makes sense but they said differently on the phone. Then we missed our movie and called our parents to see if they could watch it with us. once we got a parent, we refunded and bought new tickets and we decided to ask if we could get new snacks and refills to our melted slurpees and cold popcorn and they refused even though it was barely touched.
