  Flat soft drink, the cup had a leak in it and it got all over myself and my partner. Popcorn was stale and also somehow cold. Not even room temp, like fridge cold. To top it all off, those 'snacks' were $15. If I am going to pay that much to get snacks, at least make them good.

  Saw Spiderman BND in screen x with d box seating, and it was great. Definitely how I want to see movies going forward, comfortable, engaging and it was overall a great first experience for me in both screen x and d box. Posted a 5, but the trailers were all absolutely garbage, not to mention there wasn't a Doomsday trailer. And they played 26 minutes of trailers/ads before the movie. 12 start time, 12:26 after trailers.

  I saw a movie in Screen X and left thoroughly disappointed. I’ve always liked this theater. It’s clean, people are nice, I’ve never had an issue before. This is a warning to everyone who is short who wants to see a Screen X movie there. I sat in the very back row in the Screen X theater, not realizing I’d have a wall to my left and also a wall behind the seats in front of me. My view was severely obstructed. The wall rose higher than the seats in front of me, and the wall to my left as well, so obviously viewing the side screen was difficult. All that being said, if you’re a short person, don’t sit in the back. I realize, they didn’t make me short, that’s my situation - BUT - there could have been a warning about an obstructed view. Or sell those seats at a discounted rate. Something. Even regular sized people don’t get a very good view up there. It’s not worth the cost.

  Seriously, worse customer service I've ever experienced at a counter job. Yall probably underpaying these lads and lasses but mental system. Never go to this place. I grew up out here and its worse then when it was one of the worst malls in America 🇺🇸 god bless right ✅️ 🙏
