  I come here often when there's a Vietnamese movie in the theater, love this theater so much hope they remodel the buildings and the interior to make it looks more modernized, I'm not saying the current model is in bad shape, they're just old fashioned and classic.

  Literally my favorite movie theater in Portland! Close to my house and they got a lot of good foreign movies! Especially Vietnamese movies, everytime there's a Vietnamese movies out the theater is packed with 200+ customers in one night, which is crazy. I know the theater has published since 1998 and got some modernize revonations like luxury seats, I hope they remodel the exteriors as well so it grabbed more customers attentions! Because they got nice interior renovations, why not the exteriors as well? I'm not saying the exteriors is not great, it's just not very modernized, I know some people still like the old fashioned movie theater models, but it's my opinions, the exteriors right now is looking good but just not modernized.

  This is our go-to movie theatre. It’s not the closest to our house but it is the best. It’s easy to park with spots close to the door (important when you are taking the elders to a movie) and the staff have always been friendly. Every theater has stadium seating, which is the only way to go, IMO. 10/10 recommend.

  the billie eilish movie was fantastic! however, LEARN HOW ACT IN THE THEATER, MY GOD. sing, clap, dance allllllll you want, i do not care, but WHAT could there POSSIBLY be to TALKKK about the WHOLEEEEEE MOVIEEEE FULL VOLUME. i should not be able to hear you OVER THE SOUNDS OF THE CROWD SCREAMING DURING A CONCERTTTTTT FILM. i cannot even count the amount of times i have left the theater angry recently. i know there's not much the employees can do, nor should it be there responsibility, but seriously it makes me not want to go to the movies anymore which sucks. i should not have to get up MULTIPLE times during a movie to have bother an employee to tell you, WHO SHOULD KNOW HOW TO ACT IN A PUBLIC SPACE, to shut up. stop ruining movies for the rest of us. you're wasting your time and money paying for a movie you're just going to talk through. i did not pay an arm and a leg to hear audience members talk. watch it at home. do better.

  I genuinely can’t even count the amount of times I have left a movie angry these past few months, because people have nooooo idea how to shut up in the theater. I have had to leave and get refunds to watch movies another time, I have had to get up to get employees to tell people to be quiet multiple times at multiple showings. I am so sick and tired of it. LEARN HOW TO ACT IN A PUBLIC SPACE PLEASEEEEEE. Do not come to this theater if you genuinely want to have a good experience. People here who attend DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACT. The theater etiquette is absolutely garbage here. I shouldn’t need to get up multiple times to tell employees about this issue when they keep talking EVEN AFTER the employees leave. Don’t come here. The employees are fine but should definitely do more about this issue for sure. I can’t tell you how often this is an issue. I will be asking corporate what they can do about this.
