  Movie was great! However…Whoever the male employee was working concessions check out around 5:25pm 100% needs to be retrained on how to talk to patrons. They asked if I had a rewards membership, I told them “I don't know, I know I have an account but I don't know if it works with concessions”… they proceeded to with a nasty attitude say “that isn’t what I asked you”…actually it was what you asked me? Maybe instead of saying that why not “oh how about be look up that number and see what pops up?”…as a fellow mall employee this whole interaction gave me second hand embarrassment…

  This movie theater was me and my husband’s favorite movie theater but this last visits was our last. We were racially profiled and accused of theft over a drink we had already bought and argued with I hope this man gets fired or corrected but we most like will mot be back again. Racism is never okay !!

  Cheapish tickets, middle of the road snack pricing. The seats in the theaters are very comfortable but a little worn. I would give this place four stars, but they played the same three or four ads in a loop repeatedly for a while before the movie started and it was driving me mad. I probably saw that same Disney cruise ad four times. Guys, please break it up a little bit. I understand there's only so many ads to run, but I almost had to step outside of the theater.

  I have been a customer of this theater for years and have always enjoyed coming here because I genuinely love the movie-going experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I attended a showing of Odyssey with my brother and fiancé two months after it was released! We arrived a few minutes after the movie started and briefly spoke while getting settled into our seats. A group nearby told us to be quiet, and we immediately stopped talking and began watching the film. There were no further complaints or issues. Shortly afterward, a staff member with purple and black hair and a nose piercing approached us and informed us that we needed to leave the theater. We were shocked, as no warning was given and there had been only a single complaint that had already been addressed. When I explained that we had stopped talking and asked if there had been any other complaints, she stated that it was “either them or us” and that she was choosing to remove us from the theater. I then asked whether we would receive a refund since we were being forced to leave despite having corrected the issue. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she threatened not to provide a refund at all. What is most frustrating is not being reminded to be quiet- it is the complete lack of professionalism, fairness, and basic customer service shown by management and staff. Removing paying customers without a warning, refusing to listen to their side of the situation, and then threatening to withhold a refund is unacceptable. I have supported this theater for years and have spent a significant amount of money here because I genuinely enjoy the experience. However, interactions like this make it difficult to continue supporting a business that appears to value complaints over facts and treats loyal customers with such disrespect.
