  This is a review I didn't want to write but here we are. So I bought 2 D-box tickets 🎟 to go see Spiderman: Brand New Day for today Sunday Aug 9th at 1:10 Pm. What should have been a good experience became probably an awful experience. I had QR code for tickets so I went in line from entrance and older gentleman kind of came standoffish and said, "Go redeem inside by checkout area of entry!" Better way of approach: "Sorry but this line is for customer who haven't bought a ticket yet. I can direct you to check out area where one of the ushers can redeem your ticket for you. Sorry that guy really ruined my day with his attitude. Secondly, start time says 1:10 PM. Screen was off for 10-15 minutes. I looked at my phone movie didn't start until 1:50 pm. Movie is about 2 1/2 hours so didn't get out until after 4 pm. I really like this theatre but this experience made me realize how communication is bad. No apologies from staff for movie starting late. Or a voucher to a free movie for being late. Just wow. Not happy at all with this experience but I don't usually write reviews but they totally messed up this good experience into a bad one pretty quickly

  The employees are nice. It has a nice big lobby near one of the entrances of the mall in the back of the mall. They have plenty of standard movie theater food. They even have some big buckets of popcorn that are already full of popcorn when you get there so you can just grab them and buy them already. They also have a little arcade room in the lobby. They have a special extra-comfy theater room with recliner seats. I went there to watch the Odyssey and it was option. The recliners have cupholders. The button to recline is on the inside side of the armest.

  Fairly clean for a theater! Not super busy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

  I just got thrown out of the theater because a lady complained because I quietly said "What about the dog?" in a mostly empty theater. I couldn't believe an employee actually came in and told me you are not allowed to speak in a move, which is absolutely not true and completely ridiculous. This irked me a bunch. I then said the lady was crazy as I couldn't believe Karen gets to complain about a person speaking quietly to her friend instead of just moving if she found me offensive. She stood up and said, "did you say I was crazy!" .....I sincerely regret not doubling down on that in retrospect). I did get a refund. The employee told me I could attend any other showing, like I would.
