  I was having a terrible day and decided to go to this theatre, felt a little hungry so i decided to grab as pizza from studio and got served by Avery and let me tell you. She was one of the nicest people there, great service, sweet tone and was very helpful. I went on to tell her about my day and she had turned it around. I will definitely be coming back.

  I consistently enjoy visiting the Cinemark theater on 71st Street. This is my favorite theater in the area! Today, while I was waiting in the parking lot for my movie, my car battery died. I went inside while I waited for AAA, and the staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful during a stressful afternoon. I really appreciated their care and understanding!

  The theater itself was very clean and the quality was great. However, our experience with the seating was extremely frustrating. My boyfriend and I went to find our seats, only to find other people sitting in them. After talking with the people and staff, we found out that we had both been booked for the same seats. We offered to move, so the staff moved us to different seats. When we went to find our new seats, there were people sitting in those seats too. We had been double-booked again. At that point, the movie was starting, so after getting D-BOX tickets, we ended up having to sit in regular seats just so we could watch the movie.
