  The room was challenging while avoiding unnecessary convolutions, leading to a great time. Olive was also an absolute DAWG and my whole group would love to work with her again!

  Red Door is always an amazing experience! I love escape rooms and theirs are my favorite. My only complaint is I always want more...but they have a new game just released! The workers are so nice and fun to talk with, the games are all exceptionally thought out.

  It was my very first escape room, and I got to do it with my son and daughter-in-law. Each person contributed something to the escape, and it was a blast!! We all definitely want to do another escape!!! Oliver was an awesome host. She explained everything thoroughly and was genuinely enthusiastic!

  We had the best time ever! It was our anniversary and we love doing fun stuff, this was our very first time trying this place and we loved it. The girl who was in charge of us was super helpful when it came to clues 😅 she was super nice from beginning to end, unfortunately I can’t remember her name but I hope she knows she’s awesome!!

  I had such an amazing experience at Red Door, and I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize Claire for making our visit so memorable. We went to the carnival-themed escape room, and from the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and enthusiastic. You can tell that she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that made the entire experience feel so much more exciting and immersive. Claire did an amazing job explaining everything before we started. She made sure we understood the rules and what we needed to know without giving away anything that would ruin the experience. She was patient when explaining things, and she had a really positive attitude the entire time. Even before we entered the room, she helped build up the excitement and made us feel like we were actually about to step into the carnival world rather than just walk into an escape room. The carnival theme itself was already really fun, but Claire made the experience even better. She matched the atmosphere perfectly and brought so much energy to the experience. Her personality made everything feel more engaging, and she was great at keeping the mood fun without taking away from the challenge. There were moments when we were confused or stuck, and having Claire there to help guide us when necessary made a huge difference. She gave us just enough help to keep us moving without simply giving us the answers, which made solving the puzzles ourselves feel much more rewarding. She seemed to genuinely care about whether we were having a good time. She wasn’t just going through a script or treating it like another shift. She made us feel welcomed and actually seemed invested in making sure we enjoyed ourselves. The carnival-themed room had so many fun elements, and Claire did a great job making sure we understood how to interact with the experience. The whole thing felt exciting, mysterious, and a little chaotic in the best possible way. Whenever we thought we had figured something out, there was always another little detail to notice or another puzzle to work through. Claire’s guidance helped us appreciate those moments instead of getting frustrated when we couldn’t immediately figure something out. Claire was also just genuinely kind and easy to talk to. After the room, she was still friendly and willing to talk about the experience, which was a really nice way to finish the visit. It made the whole experience feel personal rather than like we were just another group coming through. I think what stood out to me most was the amount of effort Claire put into making the experience enjoyable. A good escape room already has interesting puzzles and a cool theme, but the person running the room can make a huge difference in how memorable the experience is. Claire absolutely made our experience better. Her enthusiasm, patience, friendliness, and ability to keep the atmosphere fun really stood out to us. If you’re thinking about going to Red Door, I would definitely recommend trying the carnival-themed escape room. And if you happen to have Claire as your game master, you’re in for a great experience. She did an incredible job making the room fun, exciting, and welcoming from beginning to end. It was clear that she cared about the experience we were having, and that made the visit stand out. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Red Door. The carnival-themed escape room was entertaining and challenging, but Claire was a huge part of what made the experience so enjoyable. She was friendly, energetic, patient, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s always nice when someone working somewhere goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a good time, and I definitely feel like Claire did that for us. Thank you, Claire, for making our experience such a fun and memorable one! You did an amazing job, and your positive attitude and enthusiasm really made the difference. We had a great time and would absolutely love to come back to Red Door again!
