  This was my first time in an escape room and it was really fun and challenging to do. Cody and all the rest of the people we dealt with were super good at their jobs and explained everything very well so when we got in the room we knew what to do. Thanks all of you at Red Door.

  Did not love it. The staff is extremely nice, so that’s a plus! I’ll mention our issue without mentioning the room so as not to give it away to other players. The room was so dark we could barely see, and there’s some audible things that you can only trigger once, but the sound was so quiet, we didn’t know what it said so we thought we missed something. We tried doing it again, to hear what we missed, but again, it only triggers once. There’s a part where you have to have a certain number of an item to be the next lock, but the clue for that doesn’t match up well, making it seem like you need additional of that item, not including the ones already in the puzzle. (Sorry, that part is hard to make sense of without giving it away!). Then, you have to trigger the same audible thing using a different clue when you solve it, and when they knocked on the door to let us know we solved it, we didn’t even know, because once again, the volume is so low you don’t know what the voice is saying. So it’s like oh we are done? How? Not a good experience at all, but the facility is clean and staff is great.

  Fun and well versed man guided us b4 we did the Jail Break. It really took 3 of us to work together and 'think outside ' preconceived deductions/ problem solving. We loved it! It would be cool if there was cash prize for completing the challenge in time!

  we had an AMAZING game master named isaiah and he was beyond helpful and so sweet!! prison break was CRAZY lowkey is harder than you expect so watch out for hidden things 👀 SUPER FUN THO HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! also make sure to go up the elevator to get there it’s not on the first floor !! ❤️
