  Finally managed to check this place out and it didn't disappoint! Had a blast bowling and trying out the games and the food was really good! I got the margarita flight and duo dip and nothing bad to say about either. Definitely give good portions on the food which was awesome cause I couldn't finish it all. The staff were really friendly which was awesome. Definitely be going back again because it was lot of fun and we had a great time.

  Main Event Norman was awesome, but Bryson was the real all star! He was great with our little guy. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

  A fun morning was had at Main Event! We had help from multiple employees throughout our morning but Bryson went above and beyond and made our girl’s day. We will be back!

  Went above and beyond for an experience we won at a charity event for an elementary school bingo night. They did more than I felt was required for the coupon and made us fans to come back. Additional food that we ordered was fantastic, the stuffed crust buffalo chicken pizza was really good. The laser tag arena is good for a small group and all of the blasters responded really well!

  Very disappointed. First time bringing my 12 yr old grandson here. Limited employees to help at kiosk or AI. Took 30 minutes to find an employee to help us and even then, they just rushed us through. I bought the biggest package only to find out that DID NOT include any games. Shocked! Had to spend another 20 minutes to find another employee to help us buy A CARD, in addition to the arm band we already purchased. While he was FINALLY playing some games, I went back to buy a ticket to human crane, again 15 minutes to find an employee, only to be told I could not purchase it, until I go find my grandson, get his card, so they can put it on his card. WHAT? I said, "Just forget it." Response was "ok." Either employees are overwhelmed because there are not enough employees OR all employees are off hiding and goofing off. Not sure which. Then we went to the restaurant and the sign said wait to be seated by the hostess. Stood there for 15 minutes and never saw a single employee except the bartender way over at the bar. I finally walked over to the bartender with my grandson and she was able to help us. We've been here an hour and a half and I'm $160 in on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. This place must be a nightmare when they're busy! I would say they have horrible customer service, but they actually have NO customer service. Cheap, cheap, company trying to save $ by limiting employees and hoping customers don't know what they are paying for at kiosk. Gross! Oh and none of the sinks work in the bathroom. I tried every single sink and could not get the water to come on. Frustrating when you have soap on your hands! Again, GROSS to think that nobody else here is washing their hands either. As I retired school teacher I would highly discourage parents from dropping their kids off here to play. There is absolutely no supervision of what's going on with the kids because there are no employees here to watch them. And if they happend to need help from an adult it would take them 30 minutes to find someone.
