  I love going to the movies. Everything about this place is truly fantastic buying a ticket is super easy barely an inconvenience and it doesn't take that long to do. If you order your tickets online you can just walk right in and Skip waiting in a line. The only line that you would have to wait in will be waiting for popcorn and your drinks but besides that that's it.

  AMAZING theater. Excellent seating, film options/flexibility, accommodations, and overall just the exact vibe you'd want for a movie theater. The staff is also wonderful and hospitable. Anita was not only friendly and fun, but she was kind and understanding toward any issues my family had. She's an absolute sweetheart:) Do not hesitate to visit Cinemark Valley View!! As soon as you exit, you'll immediately want to plan your next visit.

  I am fuming. I woke up around 1am, with food poisoning. I’m still awake at 5am sick. I attended the early screening of Supergirl with my partner, we ordered food and I had a hot dog from the smaller stand, of premade hot dogs (because we were in a rush). I later realized after I ate the hot dog, that it was an hour or so old. I didn’t think anything of it bc it was still hot. Until I woke up at 1 am, almost passing out on the bathroom floor. This was one of the movie theaters I liked going to. I’m so disappointed, and after searching through the reviews, (if I did that prior) I definitely wouldn’t have eaten anything or even stepped foot in the building. Please look into the food because I only ate food from your establishment from the afternoon to the evening. It seems it’s just the same message posted at the bottom, of each review. I feel like people need to be aware of the quality of food, especially if someone else had a similar problem that I did.

  Very bad customer service. My area North Canton is not playing the movies I want to watch so I had to drive an hour away here to watch movie on my day off. It would be nice to be able to watch movie you like near you. I love to watch movies in theatre but just because they can't play Indian movies at all area I can't even watch movies I like in theatre anymore. What is the point of having plenty of theatre around for people like me can't even go for movies we like.

  This is my favorite movie theater it’s so huge. I’ve never had any problems going here. I love the idea of having multiple concession stands and one closer in case you need a refill. Only issue I’ve had is that some of the chairs may not move. But the chairs are good anyways even if they don’t move. Staff has always been friendly and it seems like they enjoy being there.
