Wife orders our seats online. She also orders the food. I told her to stop ordering me the extra large Coke Zero and extra large popcorn both with 1 time free refills. Because it seems we always go to a late showing and I don't get the refills!! Because by the time I sit down to watch the movie and get done with pop and popcorn, concession stand is closed for the night!!

I have been going to this theater for the longest time until today. Me and my brother came to watch the movie primetime in the theater 23 row F. The previews had just ended and movie was starting. As I got to reach for a napkin next to me I look at the floor towards the stairs and see a mouse jumping up the stairs and staring at me from around the corner!!! It was not afraid whatsoever of human contact so I could only imagine how many of them are confident to be around other areas of the theater including the kitchen. Very disgusting and disappointing. We received our refund but seeing a previous review with this same issue and still nothing being done about it is absolutely unacceptable and a health code violation. Please do not continue to go to this theater!!

I’m so disappointed with this review. I have gone to this Cinemark multiple times throughout years of my life to see a plethora of movies and this most recent time of going to see Primtime was the worst. My sister and I just got comfy with the movie starting and my sister tugging on me saying “I saw a mouse”. As soon as I looked to where she pointed, a mouse was HOPPING up the stairs and ran across her foot. We immediately left and told the manager about it and we got our refunds which I was happy about however that’s a short term fix. Until I know they get mice out of that place I will NOT be returning. 9/30/26 at 7:30pm theater 23 row F

The best movie theater in NE Ohio. There is always so many showings for many different movies and adding the huge IMAX screen only adds to the greatness of the place. I’ve been here over 25 times this year alone and I can’t wait to go back again very shortly! Always clean and workers are kind.
