- DVD VanceMay 12, 20264.0I took my 90yr old Mom to the Movies on Mothers Day. I pre-ordered the food and tickets and paid in advance. I wanted her to experience the Cinema in 2026, sitting comfortable in a reclining chair and having her food and drink brought to her while she was watching the Movie. She loved it just as much as watching the Micheal Jackson movie. We were told the food would arrive between 6-6:15. The Movie started at 6pm, it was closer to 7-7:05pm. I didnt think the food would be delivered in a big bag either, kinda disappointing.

- LTlakeya turnerApr 28, 20261.0Went to see a movie today early afternoon located in movie theater 18 the seat was broken. The theater was full so wasn’t able to move to another seat. I asked for the manager and the girl in the front just starred before getting the so called manager. The guy came up and I told him about the problem sitting in a broken seat for two hours. He then told me because I paid with cash I could not be compensated. He then some how located the real manager ((Melissa Truhn) that never came out of the office , but sent him back out with a card offering a free medium popcorn next visit. I always pay with a card but not today. I now know to never to pay cash (especially at Valley View) and always use my card because their crazy excuse was I paid with cash so they had no proof, even though I just came out the movie. (My daughter left the ticket in the seat)Terrible
