  We went to see spider man and came early to dine in and play games. We played in the arcade a bit, which had a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough staff for the kitchen so we had to go to Quaker Steak next door. Prices on concessions are too high. People were in our seats when we got to the theater, and the lounge seats had button malfunctions with the recliner.

  This movie theater is clean and there are tons of screens! The staff were friendly and had the food hot and ready early. My only knock against it is that the reclining seats are a little outdated. Hopefully corporate installs new seats soon!

  The Odyssey (2026 film) - in IMAX was amazing! My only complaint was dialogue was a little muffled and my ears are still ringing from how loud it was! lol

  I love the movies but I feel like they should bring back the old school tickets back in the 80s am 90s. Something was more nostalgic when you got that cool ticket. For me I like to collect my tickets for memory. Am I the only one?

  I had booked 3D tickets for the Spider-Man movie well in advance on June 17th . When we arrived at the theater, we were informed that our tickets had been cancelled. We did not receive any cancellation email or prior notification, and our seats had already been sold to someone else. The staff only told us that the tickets had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued. I understand that the theater experienced a power outage, but the movie screening itself was not cancelled. I do not understand how our tickets could be cancelled and resold without informing us first. This is not our first time visiting this theater. We have been watching movies here as a family since the theater opened. We have had some less-than-satisfactory experiences in the past but chose not to complain. We have always enjoyed coming here to watch movies together, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Previously, our tickets for the movie Moana were cancelled twice, but on those occasions, we were informed in advance and received a refund. This time, there was no communication at all. The main reason I book tickets early is to secure the seats I prefer. If seating did not matter, I could simply arrive at the theater and purchase tickets at the last minute. Cancelling our tickets without notice, reselling our seats and only informing us after we arrived was extremely disappointing and poorly handled.
