  Nice staff and clean theater. As a tip use their app for massive discounts and free tickets, makes going to the movies fiscally possible.

  Things were clean. Concession lines move fast. Popcorn was good, which is a make or break.

  I went with a group to watch Spiderman, Brand New Day, we all were looking forward to the movie but unfortunately the events that took place during this time were nowhere near what we intended it to have. We decided to go early, we got there about 30 minutes before the movie time, and sat through the entire duration of the commercials up until the movie officially began after another half hour had passed. It came to our knowledge that people had decided to cause a huge scene because their seats were being sat in. Instead of confronting us like respectful people would, they reported us to the theater staff where they would end up humiliating us by stopping the movie completely, turning the lights on and shouting that people should check their tickets. Other people were also removed from their seats due to these disgraceful behavior form the large group of complainers, they seem to believe that the world revolves them, and the truth is it does not. Absolutely unacceptable experience, after being embarrassed and humiliated in front of a full theater, this is something we will forever be torn apart by this, as a result of false accusations. Our seats were originally the ones we sat in, it was never our fault that we sat in the wrong seats in the first place. Unprofessional, unethical, and unnecessary for anyone who wants to do something enjoyable with those around them. Absolutely, ridiculous experience!

  Very disappointing experience. Right after the movie started, they moved our seats, and then they made a big scene and kicked us out. The situation was handled very poorly and was extremely embarrassing. Instead of treating us with respect and trying to resolve the issue calmly, they escalated it in front of other customers. It completely ruined our night. I would not recommend this theater based on how we were treated.
