The manager at concessions was extremely rude when I simply asked for a cup of water because I don’t drink from plastic bottles. Instead of showing any customer service, I was told I would need to purchase a full fountain drink just to get a cup. Considering the already high ticket and concession prices, this felt unreasonable. To make matters worse, the theater itself was hot and uncomfortable during the movie. The facility was also noticeably dirty and clearly suffering from deferred maintenance. The overall condition of the theater made it feel neglected. Between the poor customer service, lack of clean water options, dirty environment, and uncomfortable atmosphere, this was not an enjoyable experience. I honestly would have had a much better experience at AMC.
