  Came in here with my 2 kids as a single mom, asked for a free water cup for each child and also got popcorn. The manager and the lady at the register told me only 1 small free water cup per family and told me if I can’t afford a bottled water to not get one. What an insult this is so embarrassing and disgusting I will not come back wish I could give negative stars 👎 spent over $30 on popcorn and tickets and can’t get a water, so mad 😡

  $6.00 Tuesdays...all times! Have not been here in a few years. The seats are quite comfortable compared to other theaters I've attended recently. Viewers were well behaved. I did think the AC could have been set a bit lower. Not the first time temp could have been lower!

  I've been coming to Cinemark in Mansfield for nearly twenty years, and it has remained one of my favorite theaters. While it has become a little dated compared to the massive theater boom of years past, it has aged remarkably well and remains in far better shape than many theaters operating today. The staff has always been pleasant and welcoming, and the facility is consistently clean. The seating is comfortable, and being able to select your seats when purchasing tickets is a great feature, especially when trying to gauge crowd sizes. My family and I often attend movies that have been out for a while or smaller releases, which means we frequently have the luxury of sharing the theater with only a handful of other moviegoers. The parking lot, lobby, and auditoriums are all spacious, making for a relaxed experience from start to finish. A couple of the theaters could stand to have the sound turned up a bit, but that's a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things. One thing I've also appreciated over the years is that during major releases and especially busy weekends, the theater often provides a police presence. It's a nice touch that helps with traffic, keeps things orderly, and adds an extra sense of security for guests. After two decades of visits, this theater continues to provide an enjoyable moviegoing experience. It's comfortable, well maintained, and staffed by people who clearly care. I love coming here and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. For anyone in the Mansfield area looking for a dependable movie theater experience, this place has stood the test of time.

  seats hurt our backs . was very small theater 🎭 i think the hard working people of that town deserve better .
