  I ordered delivery of a $15 bag of popcorn on Uber Eats & it was completely unsalted. I called the store & was told by Jolene (a manager) that even if I were to come up there with the bag so they could taste it, they would not exchange it. Update: I went up to the store, & despite Jolene's claims that the theatre would not do anything to resolve the issue, the manager I spoke to when I arrived had no such issue. (Also, despite her claims, not every staff member present at the time I called was a manager - shocking, I know. Afterall, what business sends all it's lowest paid employees home on one of their busiest nights of the week?)

  The snack bar staff seemed like human interactions were beneath them. It was weird how much they were sighing, eye rolling and lightweight talking down to patrons.

  The wife and I both like the Bistro. With easy access parking and entry. Throw in the reclining/heated seats, cold Beer & hot food? Sounds good to me.

  I love this theater and so many things about it. However how do you mess up popcorn which is possibly the number one thing sold with a ticket. It’s always stale popcorn as of lately as if they pop it ahead of time to avoid I guess having to prepare it fresh. When they do make a fresh batch it’s mixed with all the stale so it’s like a 60/40 blend of mostly stale popcorn. I hope they step their game up and fix this

  Took the family to see Spiderman Brand New Day over the weekend. Absolutely love this place for movies! They have big roomy recliner seats and attached tray tables in every theater which is a nice touch. You can even order and have your concessions delivered right to your seat via the Cinemark app. Can’t wait to go back in December to see Doomsday!
