- CLCynthia LincolnMay 8, 20265.0Went there to see Simba Jordan. Was sitting in VIP with 8 in our party. Only complaint I had was we didn't have a bartender that took care of us. Otherwise had a great night.
- BMBrian MillsMay 4, 20262.0WARNING! DO NOT BUY VIP SEATS HERE! VIP MEANS NOTHING TO MANAGEMENT. The VIP is a joke. The management/ owner doesn’t respect their VIP customers. No access only to the area. No wristbands or hand stamping to identify VIP guests. No restrictions to VIP section. When the VIP was over run last night that the Pretty Filth Show security was notified by two different tables and did nothing. Of the 4 tables two of them couldn’t see the performance because of the 20 or so people standing up at the railing blocking the view. They stood right in fort of where we were sitting and DID NOT STAY IN THEIR SECTION AS THE MANAGER STATES. IF THEY HAD DONE SO THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO COMPLAINTS FROM EITHER MINE OR THE OTHER TABLE. I asked several times to speak with the manager. My date got frustrated and decided she had had enough and wanted to go. I finally got to speak to the manager Brian. He did not want to remove the non VIP people. Instead he wanted everyone to just have fun. His solution was for me move our chairs up to the railing so we could see the performance. That doesn’t take into consideration I paid for a table not a railing. The chairs would be blocking the stairs , an obvious fire hazard. The other table next to us with five guest could not have done that as part of the seating is bench style built into the wall. This was his “compromise “. I refused. I have VIP tickets booked in advance for the Stage Five Clinger show on June 5th. I will asking for a refund on Monday. I will not be returning to this venue again unless much needed changes are made to the way management handles their VIP guests.
