  My most recent visit was to watch Backrooms. I was disappointed that there were teenagers disrupting the movie the entire time. I can’t prove that they were not of age to see the movie, but their actions were giving kid. My advice for this theater is to better manage the rooms and removing the disruptive people who are just goofing around so the people that paid to see the movie can actually enjoy it.

  Food choices are solid, staffs always been more than friendly and ticket prices seem to be about average. The theatre is old it’s not updated since its construction. That’s ok the movie business isn’t the same game as it use to be. If the did upgrade to reclining seats and the sound systems it would probably shut down the theatre. Though for everything it lacks I’ll keep coming for the people are fantastic never met someone who’s been rude in all the years I’ve been going. I’ll Come back for the people every-time. Oh there’s no ants here like at Deerfield.

  We frequent this theater and generally love it and I am a Cinemark reward member but on the evening of 6/6 we waited in line for 10 minutes to order just a popcorn and soda and it happened to be the bar line. As soon as I said the order the bartender asked "Are you ordering from the bar?" We were not she then said we needed to go wait in another line. There is NO sign that we have to order alcohol to get served in that line and I reviewed Cinemark policies it is not a prerequisite. So because we weren't ordering from the bar she made us go stand in line AGAIN for another 15-20 minutes and basically refused us service in her line. So it took 30 minutes to even order. This is unacceptable for any establishment. Her demeanor was despicable and in the time it took others to serve 3 or 4 customers ahead she served one. Please either make it clear to Customers we can't stand in that line if we aren't ordering alcohol, or retrain your staff.
