⭐ 1/5 Stars - Absolutely Disgusting. This Theater Needs Serious Attention! Went to see "Street Fighter" tonight and this was hands down the worst movie theater experience I've ever had. The condition of this Cinemark location in Huber Heights is absolutely unacceptable. The majority of the seats in our theater were in terrible condition. The upholstery was peeling, cracking, and literally falling apart. There was food and debris in the seats, and the entire seating area looked filthy and severely neglected. I was so uncomfortable that I kept my coat on throughout the entire movie and refused to even unfold my blanket because I didn't want it touching those seats. As if that weren't bad enough, there were flying gnats that I had to swat away throughout the movie. Between the deteriorating seats, lack of cleanliness, and flying insects, it was nearly impossible to relax and enjoy the experience. The theater was practically empty, and after seeing its condition, I can't help but wonder if other customers have simply stopped coming. At some point, management needs to recognize that these seats are long overdue for replacement. Customers are paying for a comfortable, enjoyable moviegoing experience, not to sit in filthy, deteriorating furniture while swatting insects. I've attached photos because words alone don't do justice to how bad these seats look. This isn't normal wear and tear. This is years of apparent neglect, and it's embarrassing that a major theater chain would allow customers to experience these conditions. This Cinemark location needs to call 1-800-CINEMARK on themselves to request financing so they can invest in replacing these seats, thoroughly clean its theater, and address the insect problem. Until then, I absolutely would not recommend this location.

Large cinemaplex showing first run shows. Giant concession stand. Popcorn was excellent - when you ask for butter they fill the bucket about half way, put some on, fill the rest of the way and put more on. Seats are larger, comfy, and can be tipped up with a footrest. Armrest in-between odd and even numbered seats can be brought up to give a little more room.

Go-to theater in Dayton! I love how every theater here has reclining seats. The theater is always clean and I love being able to get an adult beverage to enjoy with my movie. But because I love you all so much I have to say this. Some of the chairs are really starting to show their wear and are in need of being repaired/replaced. It also doesn’t matter what time or how early you arrive, the concession line is always a 10 minute wait at least. As someone who likes to get seated in time to watch previews, this makes it stressful. I wish they could run the concession stand more smoothly and efficiently.
