  I think its a decent place. I don't like the concessions set up. The line has been very long because of the registers being closed on one side the last 3 times I've been there. Didn't matter what time 1:15, 3;45 and 7. Glad we were there 15 minutes early and were able to get to our seats before the actual movie started. Waited in line over 30 minutes.

  i came in a few days ago to see toy story and was impressed with how uncrowded the place was and how quick i got through lines. the concession stand employee helping me was named Ella and she was very nice and had a great attitude! the seats were very comfortable and i enjoyed my movie!

  We tend to like this theater, but we haven't been as impressed lately. The reclining couches need some serious maintenance. I know it's a big investment, but the seats can really make or break the entire experience. Our seat in theater 15, top row, seat 14 was completely broken. The back was snapped and there was no way to get comfortable. Even sitting up, the back would fall backwards. I would suggest implementing a routine audit of the seats on each theater. Whether it's monthly, quarterly, or whatever makes sense. Your main goal should be to achieve the best guest experience possible. We will return to give it another shot, but I expect it to be a much better experience next time if I will continue to come back.

  My complaint is about the concessions. I went to get popcorn & a pop. There was lots of unnecessary beeping that sounded like there were 50 forklifts behind the counter. I asked what the noise was when I got called to the counter. I asked what the noise was some guy told me it was the popcorn it could be turned off but they won’t. While standing in line the beeping gave me a migraine. I didn’t get anything as planned at that point I felt like crap. I also don’t like to support businesses that want to make you feel like crap when you’re spending your hard earned money there. Thanks for giving me a migraine you can hear the beeping through the movie too.
