  I had purchased a movie ticket online for June 11th 2026. I thought my ticket was for the theater in Gahanna Ohio(movie 16) but I accidentally bought it for the Zanesville location online. I reached out to the support team and they were no help at all. They told me they couldn’t do a ticket exchange or refund because “Unfortunately, I was unable to refund your transaction because the request was made after the showtime. After the showtime passes, tickets are expired and no longer qualify for a refund, exchange, or compensation.” I arrived at the theater around 7:20pm, right before the show started. It’s just crazy how I explained the situation and they still won’t do any accommodation to help you out!

  Theaters and bathrooms are always clean. They let me buy tickets a bit after the movie starts to avoid sitting through all the previews. Food and drink is exorbitantly priced like any other theater. I appreciate its smaller size and accessible parking as well as matinee pricing.
