Located at 8625 Brandt Pike near the corner of Shull Road in Huber Heights, less than a mile north of I-70… right next to the Huber Heights YMCA and across the street from Carriage Hill MetroPark. (Brandt Pk is also known as State Route 201.) Attractions include the region’s two tallest water slides, a lazy river, a splash pad, and a kids’ zero-entry pool. Mondays & Wednesdays - ONLY Huber Heights Residents and Season Pass Holders.
2026 Admission Rate (Non-Resident) - $16 for adults, $12 for kids age 3-17, and $10 seniors (60 and older). Kids age 2 and younger are free. Season passes are available for purchase by visiting the YMCA at The Heights.
