Capabilities is truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much thought, love, and effort has gone into creating a space where ALL children feel welcome. The facility is clean, organized, and filled with activities that keep kids entertained for hours. What really sets Capabilities apart is the inclusivity. It's not just something they advertise; it's something they've built into every part of the experience. Children of all abilities can play, explore, and just be kids without judgment. The staff genuinely cares about the children and families who visit, and it shows. It's so much more than an indoor playground. It's a place where every child belongs. If you're looking for a fun, safe, welcoming place for your kids, Capabilities is absolutely worth visiting. Five stars aren't enough!

Great concept for a play area. My ten year old had fun. Lot's of fun toys to play with. A few things to suggest: I know for this facility parents, especially with smaller kiddos, have to keep a watchful eye on their kiddos and how they play. These are a few hazards I see as a parent. Seating area when you walk in to take off your shoes. A proper baby gate to enter into the play area from the front door. Parents with toddlers excited to play can easily run in to the play area as their parents are taking off their shoes. There is a toddler climbing area and climbing blocks in front of a huge window. I see a kiddo accidentally tripping and going into the window. Also with the toddler climbing area there is a part with no foam floor tiles it's just concrete which could be a safety hazard. There is a metal play rake in the fall area would not recommend toddlers playing with that. I can imagine a little kid accidentally falling on the metal part and hurting one self. Adding a gate around the swing area. Areas I love: The grocery/play food area and the sensory area.

I happened to bring my 1 year old daughter here a couple weeks ago for the first time after hearing about it from a couple different moms, and immediately from the first time I brought her she made herself at home playing and exploring! We ended up getting a membership and come more days now than we don’t. She always has fun, it’s always clean, and even on busier days it’s as peaceful as anywhere can be with busy little ones! It’s a great value for the money for all of the types of play options (imaginative kitchen/house play, climbing, slides, ball pits, sensory/touch play, building blocks, large swings, and more) and I feel it’s safe for my little one while still being interesting and fun for kids a bit bigger. The owner and staff are always nice to us and we’re even thinking of looking into having our girl’s second birthday there next year! Im glad for this place and if you have children, you should check it out! 👌🏻

We frequent this play space and have thrown and attended several birthday parties here over the years. We have been impressed every single time! They have a wide variety of play equipment to keep your children entertained for hours and still leave them wanting to come back for more. They are extremely clean and I’m thankful to have a place space we can go where I don’t leave concerned my kids are going to be sick in the next day or two. The owner and staff are very friendly and ensure to keep the environment safe for everyone. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an inclusive, clean, safe and entertaining activity. 5 stars simply is not enough!

Very Disappointing Experience – Absolutely Not Worth the Money! Honestly, this place is overpriced for what it offers, and the owner’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The owner actually yelled at the children because some toys were taken out of the play kitchen! Imagine paying good money to bring your children somewhere to have fun, only for the owner to yell at them and scare them over something so minor. They are CHILDREN! They came here to play, and playing with toys is the entire point of a children’s play center. If toys get moved around during playtime, that is completely normal. If you charge families for admission, then organizing and putting toys back in their proper places after families leave should be part of running your business. There is absolutely no excuse for yelling at children over toys. The owner was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of making families feel welcome, she made the entire experience uncomfortable and upsetting. A place designed for children should be a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment, not somewhere children feel frightened because an adult cannot handle a normal part of children playing. For the prices they charge, I expected much better customer service, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the owner’s attitude completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend this place to other families, and I will not be returning. No play area is worth paying this much money just to have your children yelled at and made to feel uncomfortable.
