  It’s okay, I guess. For the price I wasn’t too thrilled with the seating. We go to a little hidden gem closer to home and for half the price of tickets here, we get reclining chairs and plenty of space. Cinemark felt cramped. Like we were stacked on top of each other. And worst part — no reclining seats :(

  I understand having a curfew but at least let people know beforehand when they buy tickets online, like put some sort of large notice at the top? Me and my fiance, both 20, came in to see our movie set to start at 10:50. They asked for our IDs after the fact and I showed mine but they refused to let him in without his. Again I understand why it's in place but I mean it's really inconvenient to drive this way just to be told they can't see the movie too. If I could put 0 I would because now I have to wait on a refund and didn't get to see my movie. So yeah, waste of time unfortunately. My first time coming to a theater nearby that requires a need to show an ID, much less two clearly grown adults.

  Please do a better job of keeping guests quiet during movies. I completely understand that some films can bring out excitement and reactions from the audience, but allowing excessive talking and noise throughout the movie takes away from the experience for everyone else. When customers are paying nearly $20 per ticket, they should be able to enjoy the film without constant distractions. I genuinely enjoy coming to this theater, which is why it's disappointing to say that my recent experiences have not been the best. I hope more attention can be given to monitoring and addressing disruptions so guests can fully enjoy the movies they paid to see.
