I took my son to see the new Spider-Man and let me just tell you, he's never experienced d-box seats before. It wasn't my first time so I knew he would be in for a real treat, and immediately from the offset he was blown away because his seat was moving and rumbling. By the time the movie was over he was already talking about when can we do this again. Overall the theater is very clean and the people working there are very nice, the food and popcorn was also very fresh. Definitely an A+ experience

I always go here. Not happy with it costing $7 when you ask for water with your popcorn now. I went Sunday night. We also ordered the popcorn to get refill and they stated no refill since they close at certain time. But I must say when I went back and spoke with a gentlemen to get our extra refill, he stated would have to put in a bag. That was fine. So appreciated that.

It's a very nice theater. Everybody was nice and helpful and the lobby, bathroom and theater were very clean. It was reasonably priced. I was there for an 11:30 show and it was matinee pricing plus we got the senior price. The seats rock back and are comfortable.

Drove to Cinemark Cuyahoga Falls for a 8:00 p.m. showing. Since Cinemark usually runs 20+ minutes of ads and previews, I walked up to the front door around 8:25. The lobby was empty, concessions were closed, and every door was locked. I finally found an employee outside who told me they had closed at 8:00. So the final movie starts at 8:00, and the theater apparently locks the doors at 8:00. If that is the policy, maybe mention it somewhere before customers waste a trip and discover the “last admission” rule by pulling on locked doors like idiots. Terrible customer experience. The funniest thing playing that night was apparently the theater’s operating procedure.
