It was our first visit on a Monday early afternoon. Staffing was a bit short, no one at the desk directing us downstairs, they had rides open but no staff anywhere in sight to work them… more than several of the expensive experiences were glitched/not working when I notified the staff I was not offered any sort of credit to the card for the used funds they just shrugged. The restaurant waitress overcharged for the dish I was ordering without clarifying, so I wound up paying over 60 for a kids cheese pizza & a slider meal for 4 (she saw it was just the two of us), and it took a really long time to get the food. That said, it was nice to have space and not be so busy — but it is pricey!! Hopefully they’ll fix what’s broken (inflatable zone, laser mazes, more than 5 arcade games that we could see/wanted to try). Suggest using their deals, the arcade tokens go quick, most games priced around $1.25-$7 so be prepared to add cash.

Spent nearly $600 on a birthday party here and left extremely disappointed by the lack of disability awareness and customer service. My 4-year-old daughter is autistic and has sensory sensitivities. At check-in, I explained that she would not tolerate wearing the wristband and was told by the front desk that it was “no problem.” Later, an attendant inside the inflatable area told my daughter she could not jump because she wasn’t wearing the wristband. I explained the situation again and that it had already been approved, but was still told no. I explained that this was related to her disability and asked for a manager to clarify the situation. No manager ever came. When I later spoke to management directly, there was very little apology, understanding, or concern shown. I completely understand the purpose of wristbands, but there are reasonable ways to accommodate children with disabilities while still enforcing policies. The lack of communication between staff and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I do want to note that Diana, our party attendant, was very kind and helpful throughout the party, and I appreciated her professionalism. Unfortunately, with this level of service and lack of ADA awareness, I do not foresee hosting another birthday party here.

I think it's great that they offer free entry and attraction rides to Mother's.Unfortunately , they seem to be so understaffed that they have one worker per floor. And no staff around to help. What limited staff we were able to interact with what's horrible.

Saw the Mother’s Day promotion saying moms get free rides May 8–10, so I drove about 20 minutes to Scene75 excited to use it. I arrived before 3 PM and saw a sign at the second-floor desk to go to the first-floor desk instead. When I got there, nobody was there. I waited around 10 minutes before a ride employee told me the desk attendant was doing something and would be back in a couple minutes. I used the restroom, came back, waited even longer, and still nobody showed up. After waiting about 25 minutes total, and even playing a few games while trying to give it more time, I eventually gave up and went home. As a new mom who specifically came for this promotion, it was really disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time.

Went on Friday to get the Double Play. First nobody was at the fron desk to check us in. They had laser tag running once an hour starting at 630pm they open at 11am, we got there at 430. They did tell us when we got there and didn't find out until we stood outside of it for 15mins. This was at 530. The go karts were our second option and took 30 to 45mins between each race. You can't check someone in for an attraction and not tell them it's pretty much closed all day. None of your staff knew what was going on. Zero communication and completely unorganized. This will be the last time we come here. I will find somewhere else to take my son for his birthday. Too bad there isn't a 0 star option.
