Yikes. Went 7/5/26 for Beat the Heat promotion which is meant to be "unlimited" rides - yeah, unlimited for the ones actually open and working... welcome desk at lower entrance closed, roller coaster down for maintenance, inflatables area closed, 3-D shooter movie/game was messed up (couldn't see to shoot correctly), escalators both closed, upstairs bathrooms closed, even the Skittles machine was out of all the popular flavors. 😒 Don't bother paying the $19.95 for all-day rides. I wasted $100 bucks on those. Arcade games were a crap shoot. Some didn't give us the balls or the prize so we wasted our money/credits. I'm sure there is a better place to go.

Scene75 Review – July 2 This place was a mess. The “Beat the Heat” $19.95 before noon deal is misleading — it’s actually $19.95 per person. Most attractions were closed or unattended: Spin‑Zone Bumper Cars, Laser Maze, Atomic Rush, Time Freak, Drop Tower, and the Dark Ride / 4D Motion Theater was distorted and pointless. The VR near Nuclear Rush took $5 for a two‑player game, but the second seat kept giving an “Unavailable — wait 140 seconds” error. Another VR game — the one that’s supposed to blow air on you — had a broken fan filled with dust, barely moved, and felt like a straight‑up scam. Several arcade games also took our money and didn’t work. And the place was dirty — trash, old candy, and grime everywhere. The only things worth doing were Nuclear Rush and air hockey. Everything else was a 0/10. After spending $109, I won’t be back. To be clear, this isn’t a staff problem — the young workers who were available were friendly and polite. This is a company and maintenance issue, and the whole place needs a serious overhaul. Shoutout to the young lady who caught the double $35 charge and fixed it fast. Everything else was terrible.

This place is such a joke! All the employees except the managers are practically kids who can’t even serve alcohol. The games say they work until you swipe and find out they don’t. As empty as the place was, you would think customer service would be up to par. ITS NOT! A great disappointment and a huge waste of money. I would not recommend to anyone in no way shape or form. This place is an abomination. We walked in and dropped $150 and got the unlimited attraction passes. News flash, nothing is open until 5pm. Every game we try to play is broken. None of the employees can answer a question. Bought two canned drinks at the bar, it took about 20 minutes to complete the transaction. Save yourself the hassle. Just go to Pins in Dublin and thank me later.

Such a great time for families and friends. Somehow this feels much bigger than any other entertainment center. They have a freaking roller coaster! There is plenty to do, went with the best the heat pass, $20 you get unlimited rides and attractions. They did the small games pass, easily killed 4 hours and could have kept going. Attractions: roller coaster, laze mazes, drop tower. Go-karts, great laser tag, two Mini golf courses, restaurant, birthday party rooms, inflatable park, and probably 6 other things I forgot. Arcade: this was super co because there were a lot of the classics like time crisis 2 but there are plenty of ways to earn tickets for the shop, skee ball, hoops, air hockey, video game cabinets and so many more things. Need a break? You can hit the mall. With all that said, if you want to spend the day on a fun adventure and not totally break the bank, this is one of the best things you can do in Columbus!
