  My partner and I decided to go on a movie date and went to the 3:55 showing of the new Insidious movie. There were only 6 of us in the theater and the 2 other people on our row were in the 2 seats next to the empty seat to my left. They were clearly minors, had their backpacks and all and were nothing but incredibly disruptive throughout the whole move. They threw a drink over the railing, spilled an entire popcorn on the floor, and talked, screamed, you name it throughout the whole movie. It was not the greatest experience by far. As we exited the theater I saw a group of employees clearly waiting for the theater to empty so they could clean. I decided to speak up and asked if one of them was the manager. Alayna (I hope I spelled that right) said she was and if everything was okay. I explained the situation and how we had a horrible time, but didn’t say anything as I didn’t want to cause any issues with the 2 boys but that I was very upset with our experience and I wasn’t sure how they got in anyway. She agreed that they should not have been allowed in and isn’t sure how they slipped through the cracks. She apologized many times for our experience and asked if there was anything she could do to make our experience better. She got us free movie tickets for our next visit and was incredibly kind and understanding and made me feel much better after we left the theater. She is the reason I am even giving this 5 stars, she did her job very well and gave us a resolution that felt fair. Thank you Alayna!

  Great Movie theater I was skeptic on coming here based on the previous reviews But my Experience here was good & great customer service from the snack bar Spilled my drink bad grip on the cup & the worker offered to replace my drink right away The seats in theater 18 are great as well with recliners Parking was a bit full but managed to get a great spot

  Loved the cushy seats that recline. Awesome movie theater experience. Discount Tuesdays are the day to go. Snacks are expensive.

  Been here a few times and the worst part is the parking lot. If you come during peak hours then come early as you may have to park a bit away and walk. The theater itself is clean and efficiently run. Movies in general are just so expensive and I hate that they charge you a fee to buy your tickets online. If you wait to buy at the theater then chances are you won't be able to get seats together, especially if it is in a smaller theater. So it is a lose lose situation.

  This theatre was my first movie experience after I moved to the US an it's just awesome! The staff is always super nice and attentive, it's clean and the food is pretty good and fresh too! I love the recliner seats and that you can bring blankets and everything to get comfortable! It's almost as cozy as laying on my couch at home! Also the ticket prices are fine, Tuesdays 50% off tickets are unbeatable! I often even go for double features because of that offer, which goes even lower, when you're a movie club member (even the free version)... Lastly the amount/timing of showings is great and accommodating to people who's friends tend to show up later than planned 😂 I come here often and enjoy every visit!
