The general operating hours are easy to find, but the "special program" hours detailing when toddler time and general admission were hard to find online and could only be found on a very specific social media site after doing a bit of searching. The concession stand looked like it was open but was not staffed at all the entire 2 hours we were there.

Ordered admission tickets online the day before we were going. When we got there, it was closed. How could I order tickets for a date/time when it's closed?! (10:30a on Monday 8/17)

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She answered our questions and provided us with all the info we needed. My kids had a blast with the variety of activities offered for a large range of ages. We also enjoyed pizza from the cafe and the staff there was also very friendly. I am really grateful to this business for partnering with the local library to provide a great incentive to read over the summer. It really motivated my kids! I also love the focus on character building and strong values with the forgiveness campaign that was throughout the facility. All around great time and would highly recommend as my favorite local indoor adventure park after today's experience!
