This was honestly such a fun experience. The details they put into the rooms shows how much they care about the customer’s experience, and the way they have the clues set up makes it to where they’re not impossible to guess, but will take a bit of thinking. But even so, it makes it all the more rewarding when you finally get it right. This is definitely a must do for friends and family. Shoutout to Greer for being such a big help as well! She is one of the nicest people you could possibly meet.

Greer was our game master. We tried the Sherlock Holmes challenge and albeit got very close to solving it, we ran out of time at the last problem. Overall it was a fun experience but I do think this particular room could use a bit more diversification in terms of the types of problems you have to solve.

Hints took a little long to arrive to the door at first, but it’s likely cause the employees were busy. Some of the locks were janky, and one took 15 minutes off our party’s time, which caused us to lose. Other than that a good time though.

WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I visited this establishment today, June 13th, for my 14th birthday with two friends. Having saved my own money for an entire year to afford this, I expected a professional experience; instead, I encountered a complete disaster. The "escape room" itself was an absolute failure. It was cramped, essentially the size of a closet, and lacked even basic production effort. It was a pathetic, low-quality experience that was in no way worth the $99 fee. We left immedietly and asked for a refund.. they said no because of compant policy but guess what? nowhere did it say on the waiver or the website anything stating refunds. When we attempted to address our disappointment and requested a contact email for management, our concerns were entirely dismissed. We were treated as a nuisance and were met with profound unprofessionalism and a total lack of concern for customer satisfaction. They ignore all the 1 stars and it seems they have done nothing to improve as reviews from 2-3 years back talk about the same issues im dealing with. Save your hard-earned money and your time. Go to an establishment that values its patrons and maintains professional standards. This place is dismissive and a total rip-off. Stay far away.
