The Nicholson House, the oldest surviving frame structure in Lakewood, can bring classic elegance to your very special event.
Built in 1835, the home is regarded as one of the most authentic examples of New England architecture in northern Ohio. The exterior reflects the natural evolution of a pioneer home, with a final back section added in the mid 1800s and a second-story addition around 1900.
Accommodating up to 125 guests, the beauty and tasteful elegance of a time gone by make the Nicholson House a wonderful setting for your small wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal or baby shower, reception, or business or civic meeting.
