  The women behind the counter was really rude because we took our time ordering food and the food is dry especially the hot dogs and they only give you 5 chicken wings

  I still enjoy going to the movies and when I do I go here. I have two minor issues with this location. They need to upgrade to XD & maybe monitor the theaters during a movie because people being in cell phones and talking loudly.

  Not too many alternatives. Resolution a tad off, sound is not state of art, loungers in need of repairs, both fabrics and mechanical. Still a good value, I understand their plight. Not many coming out to theaters these days, tight margins, etc., don't allow for expensive updates. I give them a big thumbs up for hanging in there👍. Place is still clean and consession stand is still well stocked. Support your local theater!

  I decided to take a break from the road and catch a movie at Cinemark Western Hills 14, and it was a really comfortable experience. The auditorium I was in had fantastic, plush reclining seats that made it super easy to kick back and completely relax during the film. The picture quality and sound system were both top-notch, bringing the whole movie to life. I also appreciated that the lobby and concession areas were kept incredibly clean and organized, and the staff moved the popcorn lines along pretty quickly. The only reason I am leaving off one star is that the prices for snacks and drinks felt a bit exceptionally high, even for theater standards, but overall it is an excellent place to enjoy a show.

  Decided to get a snack before seeing Scary Movie 6. I asked for a medium but changed my mind telling her I would like a small instead. The mixed girl with the braids proceeded to tell her coworker to toss it because I didn’t want it (I never touched the cup) She proceeded to whisper to another worker with cyan blue hair that I’m assuming was the manager or lead. The blue haired lady looked at me and proceed to get my nachos together. I had my hand out in order to grab them, she sat them on the counter in front of me and said nothing to me. Customer service is horrible. Over a slushy, like I’m not allowed to change my mind. Since no one wanted to answer the phone so I can get names, here is my review. If you hate your job, find another.
