  The seats are always dirty as hell and the last few times I've been there it's been hell. Whether it's somebody else in my seat or someone talking the entire movie. This place has gone to shit and honestly would be better closed down.

  I love how it’s not unbearably freezing any more. I enjoy coming to this locations. The bathrooms has seat covers too! Cool employees! Clean environment.

  I had a fantastic time at Cinemark Western Hills 14 for the RealD 3D screening of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Tom Holland gives an emotional, powerhouse performance, and the visual depth of the RealD 3D makes the dizzying New York web-swinging sequences worth every penny. The theater environment itself was top-notch, an awesome movie-going experience from start to finish! Watching the movie in RealD 3D with their comfortable reclining seats–offering plenty of space–the thunderous surround sound (although sometimes a little too loud) and the projection was flawless, which made for a very relaxing, premium-feeling afternoon. Would definitely recommend..
