  The seat didn't seem to have as much padding as other theaters. Other than that it was ok.

  We went with a group of 8 with pre purchased tickets, got in quickly, the staff was friendly and the theater was clean. Not alot of seating for wheelchair or walker use, upper levels require about 6 steps up levels, lower level was only 2 or 3 steps sitting closer to the screen.

  Nice environment, great theater and snacks, movie was great no complaints from me. I dont go out to the show often anymore and it was a nice change may go back again when another good movie comes out.

  My last 2 movies there included patrons behaving in an unacceptable fashion. One was a manageable situation and one wasn't and I had to request a refund and left. I'm honestly unsure if the idea of trying to watch a movie out "in public" and hoping for civil behavior from my fellow viewers is really a thing anymore. Movies are expensive. Leaning strongly to simply never going to see a movie at a theater "with randos" again. It's a sad impasse.

  called several times over the span of a month in hopes to get a poster from the Backrooms movie. the new version came out, and dates and times got extended, and but was told each time i could still call later and i would be able to get one for sure. i called today, and all the guy had to say was “they get passed out to the workers” and i had to ask to know if they had all been passed out and again, all he had to say was “yeah.” i mentioned ive called a few times starting June 23rd and i was told i could get my hands on one for sure. all i got was “sorry bout that” and then quickly hung up. yeah it’s just a poster, but i got my hopes up all month and then was waved off in a very rude and dismissive way from a “manager”. it would’ve been nice to know the whole time they get passed out to workers first and i wouldn’t have bothered even trying to get it.
