The facility contains a 1,200-seat theatre, a lobby designed for art exhibits and presentations, a dance studio and a technical theatre work area.
A number of concerts are performed here including the bands, choirs and orchestras from various schools within the district, as well as the CHS dance students. In addition, the Miami Valley Community Concert Association holds concerts in the theatre each season.
This 1,200-seat facility also is available for rental. A secondary performance space that can accommodate about 340 people, located in the Central Unit of the main high school, also can be rented.
