  Really find my kids and my nephews really liked it. Especially the mini Golf, the mini Golf, we went there for his birthday, he he never tried it so he had fun and it's just a really fun And challenging place

  We first visited on a weekday specifically for the bounce house and toddler area. Only after paying were we told those attractions are closed on weekdays. We came back on the weekend, and the conditions were unacceptable. The bounce houses were covered in dirt and dust. The toddler play area was filthy, with dust, hair, and even used Band-Aids on the floor. Several attractions were broken, including the carousel, which wouldn't even spin properly. Adults were walking through the kids' play area wearing shoes despite being told children to remove theirs. When we asked for a refund, both the manager and staff were dismissive, rolling their eyes and acting like they couldn't care less. This place is dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly doesn't prioritize cleanliness or customer service. If these conditions are typical, it shouldn't be operating as a children's play facility or at all until they are addressed. Save your money and take your kids somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Took our toddler here to play in the bounce area and left after seeing it. It’s evident that nothing is wiped down, toys and blocks were tattered/torn and everything had brown markings where you can easily tell walls/toys/seats aren’t being cleaned. There was a ton of clumped hair and dust under the rotating carousel and it wouldn’t even spin. When I was getting refunded none of the employees asked what the issue was after I told them it was disgusting, and two of them rolled their eyes. Very poor service and not a place I would recommend for young children.

  Ridiculously overpriced games of chance.... push one button done...laser tag is okay... bounce house filthy... bar and lounge not open for lunch... front desk clueless and most likely high.. DO NOT PURCHASE CARD ONLINE... Our fault for losing card.. but they will not look up online purchase -cancel the old lost card and reissue..

  Brought two of our kids here to celebrate their birthdays. We really liked the 19.95 before 12 deal. However I gave it three stars for two reasons. One most of the staff wasn't really helpful or friendly. There was a gentleman with long red hair that was running the go carts that was great. He was very friendly, very welcoming and very accommodating. This was the first time my one child was doing go-karts and he was very helpful and kind to my child. However, the rest of the staff acted like they didn't want to be there and when one of the arcade machines stop working for me, I had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone came over to help me. The second reason that I gave it three stars is it is getting to be a little run down. Quite a few of the arcade games weren't even working, especially the ones that we really liked the large claw machine that would get rings of tickets and the large Pac-Man arcade game. Not to mention that there were other arcade games down as well. Also, when we went to go play mini bowling and two of the lanes were broken as well. I also feel that the payouts aren't very well. Trying to get a stuffed animal out of the claw machine. You grab it and they drop easily. Then the ticket claw machines. You hardly get anything either. All in all we did have a good time but I just feel that the staff could be a little more friendlier and the place could be kept up to date a little better.
