- MTMichael Thomas5 days ago1.0Disappointing Experience I visited The Great Escape Room with a group of four, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome felt very lackluster. We were essentially told to scan a QR code, followed by instructions that were difficult to hear and understand. Once we entered the room, the poor lighting made it difficult to see the locks and work through the puzzles. What was most disappointing, though, was how the experience ended. When our time was up, the door was opened and we were simply told, "Bye." There was no "Thank you," no "Hope you had a good time," and no effort to engage with us or ask about our experience. The escape room itself could have been enjoyable, but the poor lighting, unclear instructions, and lack of customer service took away from the experience. Based on our visit, I would not recommend The Great Escape Room.
