  I attended a live comedy event yesterday, and while the comedy itself was enjoyable, the overall experience at the venue was extremely disappointing. The facility was very small, the seating was uncomfortable, and the food quality was poor. Unfortunately, the service from the staff made the experience even worse. Our waitress was overly demanding regarding food and beverage orders and required us to purchase a minimum of four items. Neither my wife nor I were hungry or thirsty, yet we were still pressured to purchase additional items, including water. To make matters worse, the waitress displayed an unpleasant and disrespectful attitude toward both of us throughout the interaction. A comedy venue should provide an enjoyable and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Unfortunately, the poor service, uncomfortable seating, limited space, and disappointing food significantly took away from what could have been an enjoyable evening. While the comedians were funny, based on the overall experience, I would not recommend this comedy club. The management should seriously reconsider its customer-service practices, food quality, seating arrangements, and overall guest experience.

  Damon Wayans was hilarious. The food and drinks were ok as expected. The drink service was slow. But overall good time. Will go back

  This review is for the food and drinks. The food is disgusting. I’ve been to this venue at least 10 times to see different comedians. I’ve had the chicken wings which are the big smelly undercooked wings that look like they are on steroids. The boneless chicken are undercooked, little balls of processed meat that resemble chicken. The spinach dip is also gross, so just eat before you go to the show. The alcohol drinks have all cheap liquor or no alcohol at all in them. This venue really need to step it’s game up with FOOD AND DRINKS! They can at least deliver ok food because the price and all the other fees on the bill are outrageous. Don’t buy food and drinks here, just stick to water!

  Had tickets to go see Gary Owens on Friday for the first show. Unfortunately serious storms rolled over Pearl River and Nyack before the show 7:00 show started. We were on our way to the venue when we got emergency notices from the State, with flood warnings, telling us not to drive. I tried to call the theater and asked if they can get us into the later show, nobody answered so I left a message with my number. Nobody returned my call that evening. I tried again on Saturday, nobody answered i left another message, to see if we can get into one of the Saturday shows. Nobody returned my call. Everybody knew there was a torrential downpour, We were willing to come to any other show. They never even gave us the opportunity. Very disappointed. This will definitely impact my decision to return.
