  I am shocked to see how many positive reviews there are here, they pack so many people into the room, had 8 people sitting at a table that looked like it was meant for 4. It was hot and we were surrounded by people to the point we could barely move and couldn’t see the act. I ended up sitting on my feet just to get some sort of visual, another customer ended up standing, people are constantly bobbing and weaving their heads to try and see something, my husband couldn’t see anything. Makes it hard to support a smaller comedy club when it feels like they don’t value you and just want to stuff as many people in a small hot space as possible.Drove 2.5 hours to see a comedian on my bucket list, paid almost $40 for a small fry and 3 non alcoholic drinks and were so uncomfortable. It truly felt like the customer experience was not considered in any way here or they simply don’t care about it and just want as much money as they can get

  Attempted to get tickets to see Jeff Arcuri. Levity Live website said tickets were available. Ticketweb link to purchase tickets said that the event didn't exist. So I had to wait until the box office opened at 3 pm to get tickets. No one actually answered the phone until 3:30, at which time I was simply told that there were no tickets left. Wild.

  Went to see Jeff Acuri Boxed us in like sardines I asked to be moved since there were many empty tables. The security gaurd came to me in the bathroom and offered me VIP seats if I “hook him up with $100” Left immediately. Save your funds

  Saw the show May 3 Boriqua comedians fantastic show towards the end people were taking pictures with comedian. There was a little problem. Some individual was walking out and being followed by security. Staff said individual had a knife in hand. Scene was a little loud individual was escorted out of the comedy club, then said security staff came in, started cursing and throwing everyone out it was somewhat unprofessional on how they handled that situation and just being rude and throwing people out, I felt the situation should’ve been handled a little different more professional. You don’t curse at people and kicked them out of an establishment where you spent money in. I hope they learn from their mistake and try to change things.

  The service was probably the worst I've ever received. Came to see Yannis Pappas and by the time we got sat at our table, we had already been disrespected by security twice. Not friendly people, not accommodating staff, and genuinely terrible attitudes. It's too bad because Yannis Pappas was great. If your favorite comedian has a set there, I recommend you find the next closest venue.
