Great directions and really helpful clues that didn’t give away too much from Elaina! Very friendly and fun!

The worker put the wrong locks on so we spent time with the right answer but we were told it was the wrong lock put on by the workers

Visited here with my wife for the second time about a week or so ago I been debating to post this review or not. Everything started just fine but about 5-10 minutes into our escape room experience we realized something was wrong. Our room had the clues mixed up in wrong boxes the staff had to come help us about 6 different times untill they finally realized the clues had been misplaced and proceeded to open up a box for us so we could continue to only have to come back again and realize the clue inside that box that the staff opened was the one to open the same exact box. We didn’t get any apologies just a couple extra minutes to try to solve for the last code this issue sucked a lot of the fun out of it and me and my wife did not enjoy our second visit here at all. Update: owner reached out and apologized and made it right that is how you do business.

I don’t typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, but after reflecting on our experience, I felt it was important to share some honest feedback. It started off great, and we were really looking forward to the room. Unfortunately, several clues had been placed in the wrong locked boxes, which caused the puzzles to be out of order. As a result, we were completing steps that were intended to come after. We ended up having to ask for multiple hints because we genuinely couldn’t tell whether we were making mistakes or there was an issue with the room itself. Eventually, we were informed that the clues had been placed in the wrong boxes. While I completely understand that mistakes happen, it was disappointing that there was no apology or real acknowledgment of how much this affected our experience. A few additional minutes were added to our time since the employee also needed some time to figure out what was happening, because they seemed confused as well. We came in expecting to enjoy solving the puzzles together, but much of our time was spent trying to determine whether the room was set up correctly. I understand mistakes happen but this significantly affected our experience and sucked alot of the fun out of it! I'm sharing this respectfully in hopes the setup is double-checked so future groups don’t have the same experience!
