I really wanted to love this place because the food was great and the place is beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
The first issue was the drinks. While waiting for our table, I ordered drinks at the bar and later ordered the same drinks once seated. The table-served drinks were noticeably smaller and seemed to contain much less than what was served at the bar, despite being the same order. It felt inconsistent and disappointing, especially considering the price.
Service was also very slow throughout the evening. While the restaurant was extremely busy due to special events that day, and I understand that can create delays, it still impacted the overall experience.
The most frustrating part came after our visit when we noticed huge discrepancies with our credit card charges. When we contacted the restaurant to request copies of our receipts and clarification, the response was not helpful. The manager was dismissive and rude over the phone and insisted that we return to the restaurant in person to address the issue, which was inconvenient and unnecessary.
It’s unfortunate, but inconsistent drinks, billing concerns, and poor handling of a customer service issue left a negative impression. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

1/5 — Deeply unprofessional security staff, inconsistent and concerning practices
I want to detail an experience that has permanently ended my patronage of this establishment, because I believe other patrons — and the owners — deserve to know what happened.
My friend and I visited two nights in a row to watch the World Cup, having had a positive experience the night before. On our second visit, the door staff confiscated my friend's valid New York driver's license and refused to explain why. When we calmly asked what was happening, we were ignored entirely for several minutes — no eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing.
When the bouncer finally responded, he claimed the ID was fraudulent and stated he would be contacting the police. The ID is genuine. Rather than verifying this or de-escalating, he summoned a second staff member, who proceeded to raise his voice to the point of shouting directly at us in front of other patrons. This is, frankly, an inappropriate way to treat any customer, let alone two women being accused of a crime they did not commit.
A manager was eventually brought in to intervene. She observed the situation and took no corrective action whatsoever — no apology, no attempt to resolve the matter, no oversight of her staff's conduct. We were ultimately forced to locate a police officer ourselves to recover the ID.
What concerns me most is the inconsistency: while we were being detained and threatened over a valid ID, other guests walked in without any ID check at all. I'm also aware of underage individuals who have gotten in without issue. If that's accurate, it suggests the door policy isn't about safety or compliance — it's arbitrary, and applied aggressively to some guests while ignored for others. That's a liability issue as much as a customer service one.
I'd previously enjoyed this venue and had no complaints. But after watching staff mishandle a basic ID check into a hostile, public confrontation — with zero management accountability — I won't be returning, and I'd encourage others to think twice.

My experience at this bar was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially concerning the security staff. I was trying to get in, and the security guard took my ID without any explanation, just looking around for someone else for a good 5 minutes. He wouldn't tell me why he was holding onto it or why I couldn't enter. Eventually, he came back with another security guard who immediately got in my face, yelling that I needed another form of ID and clearly trying to throw his weight around. They tried to confiscate my ID until we pushed for them to give me my LICENSE back. The manager also didn't help at all. This was particularly upsetting because I had been there the night before and had a great time watching the game and my card was ALSO still at the bar. I literally went to enjoy the next game the next day expecting to have a good time and retrieve my card. MIND YOU THEY WERENT EVEN SCANNING ID’S. You can’t assume an ID is fake with a flashlight. Do better please.
Avoid! I’ve come here multiple times because I can moor my boat here, but every time the customer service is AWFUL. I went to order a pina colada and a Miami vice and the bartender said “are you a customer?” I said yes, she said “well sit, i don’t know why you’re standing.” I then ordered, and the bartender scratched and bent my ID for 10 minutes (keep in mind, I’m almost 30). Then she brings me a half full $22 pina colada. I asked for a receipt and she ignored me and just never came back. I then tried the pina colada and the Miami vice, NEITHER had alcohol. $44 for 2 frozen drinks that were supposed to have alcohol & didn’t is insane. I later sat at a table, and my brother ordered oysters, and the waiter rudely said “is THIS all you’re ordering.” And had an attitude overall. Later my brother and his friends wanted to watch the World Cup so asked to move tables to be close to the tv, and they screamed at my brothers table and other tables to leave because they needed the space for other customers, and accused of trespassing because they were still eating/finishing their drinks. All they had to do was kindly ask if they could move to the bar as they needed the table, that’s totally understandable! I’ve brought a ton of friends here in the past because it’s fun to moor the boat, but this was my last straw. Beyond unprofessional, especially being that collectively my group spent $300+ to be treated terribly. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! There are way classier and better run restaurants/bars where you can moor a boat. Not to mention, the oysters were disgusting and the pina colada was so sweet I had a stomach ache after.

This was one of the worst bar experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The drinks were outrageously overpriced and poorly made. For the amount they charge, I expected quality cocktails, but what I received was watered down, inconsistent, and clearly prepared without much care or attention.
The biggest issue, however, was the service. The bar manager was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive when concerns were brought up. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation, they acted as though customer satisfaction was an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the establishment does not provide a detailed, itemized bill. When reviewing my tab, I discovered additional drinks had been charged that I never ordered. Without transparent billing, customers have no easy way to verify what they’re being charged for, which is unacceptable.
Between the overpriced and poorly prepared drinks, the rude management, and questionable billing practices, I would strongly discourage others from spending their money here. There are plenty of places that value their customers and operate with honesty and professionalism—this is not one of them.
Average spent PP $120 - $140
