  Really disappointed with our experience today. We’ve been coming here every summer after a pool day, so we’re familiar with the place and usually enjoy it. Unfortunately, today was completely different. Our table was still dirty from the previous guests, utensils were missing, and my drink didn’t arrive until about 15 minutes after our food. Then came the long wait just to get the bill.

  Figured atmosphere, before even trying $70 dishes. Large Cranberry and soda "no, only come in small plastic cups". Chicken spring rolls ok. played it safe Bavarian 🥨, oily stomach ache mush; almost forgot dip, was cheese whiz. Before we eat down Hostess "band supposed to be on already". When we left (Sat night), band still hadn't started. Glad I didn't order the $65 🥩. Fun atmosphere.

  I have been to the Tiki Beach Bar multiple times and must say that I have had a wonderful time on each occasion. The atmosphere is beautiful, the weather was spectacular, the food is delicious, the music was great and Tom the bartender was amazing. He has a magnetic personality, serves excellent drinks and is a great dancer. What I enjoyed most was the way the bartenders were having fun at their jobs, singing, and dancing, and you could see the overall happiness of the entire environment. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax, hear, good music, enjoy good food, and make wonderful memories.

  Rude staff. Towards the end of the night the bartenders hounded my party of 2 to leave the bar 5 minutes after we just bought a round of drinks for last call. Meanwhile there were about 20 other people in the restaurant and when we asked why THEY weren’t asked to leave, they claimed those people “worked there” yet they were drinking alcohol and sitting at tables. The food was pretty bad for the price that we paid, and the drinks were decent. But due to unwelcoming and discriminatory staff at the end of the night, I won’t be returning and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place completely.

  We knew going into this that we’d be paying more for the atmosphere than quality of the food but I was still very disappointed. I ordered the faro salad and it was actually hilarious at how little faro was actually in there. It was a pile of cheap lettuce with a SPRINKLE of faro. Our server was super personable in the beginning and then we saw less and less of her and every time we had to flag her down, she seemed annoyed with us so I don’t know what happened there. Also, they REALLY wanted our plates. The runners came over several times when we were clearly still eating, trying to take our plates away. It was pretty funny, actually. The goblet our son’s drink came in had a pretty large crack in it and when we pointed it out to the server, she didn’t seem overly concerned. We just wanted to make sure it wasn’t used again before the crack got worse. Again, we weren’t expecting too much from a place like this and we’re on vacation so we were generally in a good mood and pretty flexible but I can see where other people would be furious over a similar experience.
