  The woman in the ticket booth is very disrespectful and gives a negative vibe and fail to answer questions in a polite and professional manner she shouldn't be working in the ticket box if she doesn't have proper customer service training.   Bought tickets at the window and didn't love that. Might as well have bought online. The guy at the desk was a dud. Couldn't even get a hi....just "how many tickets?" The place was clean, all the arcade games worked, staff at concession area were kind and personable. Seating was great.

  I love you the IMAX. There is an elevator that you can use to get to the higher seats and you have your own bathrooms that are seperate from Tinseltown. The screen is so big and the sound is amazing. I love watching fast action movies there especially Marvel or DC movie, it gives you the full effect of the movie. The chairs are new and comfortable. I just wish they reclined but I understand that reclining would cause because of spacial issues. Overall I love the IMAX.

  Good place to go. Has good stuff. But the only was problem is the captioning with cup holders.. it won’t stay but it ended up getting in the way of movie where I had to modify each time but it’s cool though. Thanks for awesome movie and a food to eat while watching the Mario’s movie galaxy new came out recently.
