  I did the haunted hotel escape room and it was the worst escape room I've ever done. I went with a group of 4 which means I spent $200 doing a poorly designed escape room. This review includes spoilers so don't read if you don't want that. 1. The clue cards were faded and hard to read. 2. There was a wine puzzle where you had to sort bottles of wine from most favourite to least favourite, but the wine bottle with the least amount in it was the least favourite for some reason? 3. The places to put the room keys had multiple possible solutions, and I guess we picked the wrong ones but got the right combination anyway. But then the room key puzzle was also a clue for something else, and generally clues for escape rooms are only used once so that was hard to tell. 4. "Ghostly" sounds played when you put items on the right seance places. But the sounds were people talking so it sounded like a clue but the sounds didn't repeat. 5. There was a straight jacket that had holes in it that you had to hold up to a word puzzle, but the cut outs didn't fit the letters right so it was hard to tell what it was. The solution also had nothing to do with the riddle displayed. 6. The room was Houdini themed set in a hotel, but really had nothing to do with Houdini besides pictures. They also tried to make it Halloween themed. And it just felt like they were trying to do 3 themes at once and it just didn't work. 7. None of the seance items again had anything to do with any of the themes which was weird. And the ghostly sounds were just so random. 8. Oh and the puzzle that opened the second room didn't make any sound or indication that the second room was now unlocked, we had to be told that. There were more things in the room that either didn't make sense or was poorly designed. Overall out of the maybe 20 escape rooms I've done this has been the worst, and also the only time that I didn't escape on time. I left really upset and disappointed, and with $200 wasted. TLDR: Go somewhere else, it's not worth your time or money.

  Great escape room! May set the mood and energy from the very start and had such a great personality!! Kharee ( our clue giver ) saved our lives 😂 would always catch us at the perfect moments . Very challenging rooms!

  Last night my fiancée and I did an 80’s arcade themed escape room here and had a great time. Angie was our host, and from the start she welcomed us politely and gave us clear instructions before we began the game. Once we completed the room, she was generous enough to take some pictures of us inside to have as a memory. Delightful experience, we’ll definitely check them out again in the future for another experience and recommend them for anyone that’s looking for a fun experience with a pleasant staff.   I brought my team here for a work outing. We had a great time and everyone mentioned it was the best escape room they’ve been to. Analis was a great host and May gave us some great hints. Thanks!!!
